From start to finish Kim, Neville and the team have been amazing. Friendly communications, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. They really have made our dreams come true with our gorgeous bbq hut. Can't thank them enough- we're so happy. Would highly recommend them!

Fantastic,personal service. Patient and friendly from start to finish. Even though our measurements were way out and they had to adjust several times. Nothing too much trouble. My husband now has his dream man cave, shame he wants to keep it, ideal sewing room or hot tub room. Well done all, thankyou

We first visited the display site at Whisby a year ago as we were moving house and needed a cabin as a workshop/storage for my motorcycles. We discussed a bespoke version and plans were drawn up, however our house sale fell through. We contacted the company again at the beginning of the year and had to revise the plans as we didn’t have as much space as before. Neville was very patient with us throughout all the new changes, and we eventually ended up with the perfect size workshop. It is now fully installed and ready for use. We are really happy with the finished result. The communication and customer service was excellent from start to finish, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

After being let down badly by two local shed suppliers it was a pleasure to meet Kim and Neville, the owners of Summerhouses. They were charming and very professional with their advice From start to finish we were fully kept informed. A company with good old fashioned service.

My husband and I decided to go for the Oban corner cabin after visiting the Whisby site. There were a lot of different types and sizes on display so there was a good choice. Kim and Neville advised us on which size would fit. The order went through without a hitch and we had a 6-8 week wait time. That suited us fine as we had a lot of preparation to do. We were kept informed about delivery dates, site surveys and paints etc on a regular basis either by phone or via email. The cabin arrived on a Friday and was erected on Monday and Tuesday. Neville and his crew were very efficient,hardworking and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They also left the site very tidy. Meanwhile Kim answered any queries promptly. I would really recommend this company as everything was done in a very professional yet extremely friendly manner and everything was done to a high standard. We are really pleased with our new summer house.

My wife and I were really impressed with the range and quality of the Summerhouses available compared to other sites we had looked at. We found this company very helpful in exploring the options available to enable us to tailor our Summerhouse based on a comprehensive assessment of our needs, we finally settling on the Windsor.
In terms of customer service we were again delighted with the way in which our order was processed and received regular communication about the progress of our order and delivery dates for the various materials - all of which arrived exactly as stated!
The installation process was efficient and the work completed to a very high standard from start to finish. All unused materials were neatly collected and placed in bags etc ready for us to dispose of as greed. The final handover was excellent with lots of advice, including how best to paint our Summerhouse so that it would be able to stand all weathers.
All in all, based on our first class experience using them, I cant recommend this company enough!.

Bespoke Chameleon Cabin.

I work from home and needed a separate office for my work needs. I went to see Kim at their Whisby Garden Centre and was immediately impressed with their range and quality of the cabins. Kim could not have been more helpful and we also got to speak to Neville who gave us all the information we needed and more. We were able to bring the installation forward and the team were more than obliging in this regard. The install took two days and we were impressed by the professionalism of Neville and his team.

So impressed are we that we are going to buy an additional shed from them.

I would recommend the company without hesitation for quality, information, price and workmanship. Thank you so very much.

A fabulous cabin workshop for me to get creative :0) As soon as I saw the quality at Cabins Unlimited I knew my homework had paid off & even better a Lincoln base! Solid well thought out construction, no skimping on inferior materials or hardwear!
Not only was I impressed with the range of cabins available to view, but also by the clever ProBase grid base system used. Kim & Neville were friendly (patient) informative & offered guidence when needed.
Ordering was easy the prices are clearly listed and broken down which I found really helpful. No problems with my deliveries, & construction was done very efficiently & very smoothly & I have to say super impressed at how tidy everything was left by everyone involved with the making and decorating of my fabulous cabin. I would highly recommend Cabins Unlimited if your after quality materials and professionals.

We were looking for a Cabin early last year and Summer houses Unlimited was our first choice due to recommendation and being local to ourselves! We met Kim & Neville when we arrived and there professional advice made life so much easier when choosing our cabin. The whole process from ordering our bespoke cabin to the finish was such a nice experience and Kim & Neville always kept in touch with updates and to answer any questions we had! Our cabin got completed late November 2021 and even though weather wasn’t ideal, Neville and his team did a superb job fitting our cabin very quickly and fitted to a high standard! We are absolutely delighted with our cabin and looking forward to many years of enjoying it.
I cannot highly recommend them enough and would not hesitate to use them in the near future.

We were looking for a new cabin, and had found Cabins Unlimited on Google so visited the showsite to look. There were several cabins on display, all sizes, colours and styles. Kim and Neville were really helpful, showing us details of the buildings, giving us brochures and answering our questions but without trying to push us into buying. We ordered a bespoke cabin, we received a site visit plus numerous email updates etc between ordering and delivery so we were kept informed at all times. Delivery was easy, we were told what day and time, and the same with construction. The site was left clean and tidy. We are very happy with our new cabin and are looking forward to using it. We would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a new garden building

Amazing service from being made welcome and walked through the the whole process, being shown the different styles and sizes etc to help us choose. Constant contact through out the ordering the delivery the building answering any questions we had and ensuring we were totally satisfied with all aspects at all times.

We discovered Summerhouses Unlimited when visiting the adjacent garden centre. Neville and Kim clearly and simply explained their product range after carefully listening to our requirements. It became obvious that they had considerable practical experience regarding the provision and installation of many types of structures. After a couple of visits we ordered the Chameleon Cabin. The delivery took several months which is unfortunately beyond Neville and Kim's control. Once on site it was quickly constructed enabling us to weatherproof it promptly. During all phases of this project we were kept fully informed of progress and any developments. An excellent personal service was provided throughout.

I had heard about Cabins Unlimited through a friend so when I was looking for a summer house I went to have a look. Neville and Kim were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable without being pushy and the whole process was very straight forward. There was a delay between ordering and delivery but that was unavoidable and Kim kept me informed throughout. The delivery was straight forward and Neville and his team worked really hard erecting it, managing to get it built in a day and a half. They even cleaned up afterwards. Neville also took great care to explain how the windows and doors work and how to adjust them should the wood expand/contract due varying to weather conditions. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of materials and also the service provided and would recommend them to anyone.

We looked at other places but found the cabins and information at Whisby so much better. We could not have had more help in choosing our cabin and the service was second to none. The site survey was done quickly and the cabin arrived on the promised date and was expertly assembled.Kim and Nev were superb.

Neville & Kim were helpful, friendly and approachable from the first time we met them. As we lack vision it is ideal they have such a great selection of cabins at the showroom.

From the moment we ordered our cabin through to the install day the communication was excellent. We were kept fully informed and all the delivery days were as scheduled. The install team were also friendly and knowledgeable.

We are very pleased with our cabin now that it is in situ and cannot wait to get it kitted out so we can use it.
