We stumbled upon Summerhouses Unlimited at Whisby Garden Centre and we are glad that we did.

We had been pondering whether to invest in a Summerhouse for our garden but ideally wanted to talk face to face to a supplier and see actual examples of the products. The actual range of Log Cabins at their actual Whisby site to view is extensive and gave us plenty of options/ideas.

Kim and Neville at Summerhouses guided us through the whole ordering process explaining all the options available to us (painting, base prep etc).

Kim and Nev oversaw all of the ordering process and Nev carried out an onsite review so we knew the area in our garden for installation and what was needed from us.

Delivery took place quickly . Materials and Framework come in separate deliveries but Kim kept us fully informed as to delivery dates and timings so the whole process ran very smoothly.

Construction was carried out by Nev and Gavin over 3 days, and both were very professional, and at the end of the process we were given a comprehensive overview of how all doors, how to mount shelves etc to avoid damaging the construction.

Subsequently we then opted to use their painting services, who sent out two professionals (Dave & Pat) to paint the exterior over two mornings in between the rain, who again were professional and very courteous.

Kim and Nev also recommended an excellent electrician Steve to carry out all the electrical work for a a very good price and we will be shortly instructing them to proceed with the work.

We are absolutely delighted with our "Sussex 1" Summerhouse. This was a significant purchase for us and we are so very glad we decided to go with Summerhouses Unlimited Whisby. We now have a lovely Summerhouse at a very good price and we are now looking forward to enjoying it.

I wanted to buy a Summerhouse for our garden but was very keen to purchase from a local company. I wanted to have the reassurance of being able to actually go in and talk to the suppliers and see examples of the product. I settled on Summerhouses Unlimited at Whisby Garden Centre and I am very glad that I did. Ordering my Summerhouse from their website was very straightforward. They offer a wide range of Summerhouses to meet all requirements and there is a comprehensive description of each model for the customer to read. Kim at Summerhouses guided me through the whole ordering process explaining all the options available to me (painting, base prep etc) and provided me with exact invoicing so I always knew exactly where I was regarding payment. Kim and Nev oversaw all of the ordering process and Nev carried out a site review so I knew the area in my garden was ready for installation. Kim and Nev recommended an excellent electrician Steve Boulder who carried out all the electrical work for me to a very high standard at a very good price. Delivery took just over 8 weeks. Materials and Framework come in seperate deliveries but Kim kept me fully informed as to delivery dates and timings so the whole process ran very smoothly. Construction was delayed by 24 hours due to monsoon like rain but Gavin, Connor and Sam came out on a Sunday to do the build. The 3 guys were very professional and are obviously very experienced in Summerhouse construction and at the end of the process I was given a comprehensive overview of how all doors and windows worked, how to mount shelves etc to avoid damaging the construction. I received all of these instructions and warranty details by email from Kim on the same evening, underlining just how efficient comms have been throughout this process. I am delighted with my "Oban" Summerhouse. This is a not insignificant purchase for us and I am so very glad we decided to go with all the team at Summerhouses Unlimited Whisby. We have a lovely Summerhouse at a very good price and we are now looking forward to adding our own personal touches and enjoying it. We visited their site in Lincoln one weekend whilst we were up in Newark, After looking round their summerhouses which were on display, we were very impressed with the quality of all of them so decided to have a chat with the guy in the office Neville he gave us all the options and information that we wanted without being pushy. we came away very impressed and shortly after phoned through an order ,even the delivery and construction on site wasn't a problem even though we live in Essex.
After some delay on our part both Neville and Kim were most helpful in arranging the delivery and construction both of which came exactly as planned, Their team of fitters who came were the most efficient and polite people we have had to carry out work for us and are certainly an asset to the company.

We are delighted with our Barbados 3 cabin with composite decking to the front from Summerhouses unlimited. Double glazed, insulated floor and ceiling. A real all year round building. Stress free experience from the buying process to the high quality build. Cabin arrived on time and was built over two days. Looks great. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Our recent purchase of the Barbados 3 Log Cabin from Summerhouses Unlimited was a remarkable experience, largely due to their exceptional communication and showroom. Summerhouses unlimited were extremely helpful. They advised on everything, including the base, building and upkeep. On initial inspection they decided we needed a different base and they organised this and it was down that very same morning. The same week the team installed the cabin. So quick and easy and stress free to us. Can highly recommend them.

Very fortunate to have stumbled upon Neville and his team as buying a summerhouse was not something I was particularly interested in but my wife was very keen to have one. Took a drive to their outdoor showroom where immediately we saw the one we wanted ( and even ordered a small shed to boot ) and after a 20 minute chat with Neville and his lovely wife we had placed our order.
They were very accommodating about fitting in with dates that suited us and approximately 6 weeks later all the materials were delivered to our driveway ( be warned this takes up quite a bit of space, fortunately we have room but for some this might be an issue ).
Then on days we had specified Neville and a colleague turned up and set to work. Both men extremely polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable and in two days had the whole job completed.
We were lazy and opted for their paint service where two lovely gents pitched up and spent 3 mornings in our garden putting coat after coat on. Again very professionally done and a joy to watch as the summer house was completed. ( the paint service is a tad expensive but as far as I’m concerned was worth the money but obviously it’s something you could do yourself ).
Would highly recommend Neville, a job well done.

We had great service from Kim and Nevill from day one, they provided excellent advice on the shed and the quality of the finished shed was as we had hoped for. Delivery went smoothly, installation service was spot on. Have already and will continue to recommend.

We visited Summerhouses unlimited display at Whisby one wet afternoon just to look! 6 weeks later we had Barbados mini at the bottom of the garden! Whole process from looking, ordering and instalment was amazing. Kim kept in touch throughout and was extremely helpful with advise when we were struggling to choose paint colour. We ended up buying the advised Sadolin paint direct from Summerhouses. Would highly recommend Summerhouses unlimited they are great team who provided a great choice of cabins, excellent communication and a fabulous Barbados Mini which we are looking forward to using.

I would highly recommend Summerhouses for their first rate service and excellent quality. We initially heard about the company via a third party. On visiting the display site, we were able to assess the quality of materials used and compare the price guide.
We were able to discuss our needs of dismantling the existing shed, disposal and erection of new shed. The process of ordering was very easy, no pressure salesmanship and we were informed by phone and email every step of the way.
The old shed was dismantled on a date agreed and the
New shed arrived on time as promised. Even the dogs safety was considered ensuring they couldn’t escape from the property.
The shed is excellent quality, it was erected efficiently and carefully with great consideration to property.
We were highly satisfied with the whole process.

Neville and Kim made our experience great from start to finish. Enquiries, design and installation were all dealt with quickly, professionally and friendly.
We opted for a bespoke cabin that has been built to make the best use of what was a wasted space behind our garage. We went back and forth a few times to make sure the design was exactly what we wanted, choosing where to put windows and doors and interior walls.
Installation happened at the beginning of December, it was absolutely freezing but Neville and his team did a fantastic job and battled through the weather.
The quality of the cabin is superb, totally beyond anything I expected from a timber structure.

A lovely couple, not pushy sales, take a look around and you will see that the quality of building for the price is far superior than other Companies. Ordering and installation was a simple process and the end result amazing. I would recommend to everyone , a lovely Company with the customer's being their number one priority.
