From the first visit to their site at Whisby, Lincs, to final completion, the Company have excelled throughout. During their site visit, everything was discussed and explained. Delivery of each package was on time, the building team were thorough, friendly and accommodating and the painting team were just brilliant. Each part of the project was discussed beforehand and we were kept in touch with the owners during each step. We would recommend the Company to anyone wanting a summerhouse or cabin.

Fantastic company to do business with. Summerhouses Unlimited couldn't have been more helpful or more professional. Always prompt to reply to questions, and going above and beyond to accommodate our need for guttering! The fitters Gavin, Craig and Kieron were considerate and polite, and remained cheerful despite the awful conditions and our bog of a garden! And Neville and Kim couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process.
We love the Domeo cabin, our only suggestion would be to recommend guttering going in before electrics if a box is to be fitted where the roof drains. Delivery of the cabin was smooth and as expected. Stephen did a really great job with the electrics, keeping as much of the cabling as possible outside and matching the trunking to our lights.
Overall a great company, lovely people, thank you to all for our fantastic cabin!

We purchased and had our Alex log Cabin installed by Summerhouses unlimited. We visited their display site at Whisby Garden Centre in Lincolnshire it was great to be able to walk around the site looking at the Cabins on display we then got a real feel for what we personally wanted.
We were greeted by the owners of the company Kim & Neville they made purchasing our cabin a really stressless and really pleasant experience they are both super friendly and at anytime while walking around did we did not feel pressured in any way they were really informative and at no time were we given any false promises they gave us a date for when our base and cabin would be installed and it was done in the time frame given from orderering our cabin to installation we were kept in informed all the way any emails sent were answered quickly and there was always a friendly voice on the end of the telephone line always friendly and professional.
When the cabin was installed again the fitters were friendly professional and well presented their names were Gavin, Connor & Keiron.
We decided to get our cabin painted by the company rather than do it ourselves again the decorators were friendly professional and well presented their names were Andrew and Ali.
I honestly can say I would recommend them to anyone who was interested in a summerhouse or cabin. I have recommended already to a couple of friends who have visited and been in the cabin and love it.
We love our Alex cabin we use it as a chill out place we have a sofa and chair in so plenty of room to chill.

Summerhouses Unlimited have a great range of cabins and are very helpful. The show site has a good selection to view! We were kept informed throughout the ordering process and everything ran smoothly with delivery. We had regular updates and any queries were answered quickly and efficiently. The customer service is excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the installation/painting teams were lovely to deal with and very respectful and polite. Our cabin was delivered in very cold, icy weather and Neville, Gavin, Craig and Kieron were amazing at keeping cheerful in the freezing conditions. Likewise Andrew and Ali, the painters, did a fantastic job of painting when the conditions were right to ensure a perfect job.
We are delighted with our Carlisle cabin and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summerhouses Unlimited for their excellent service and great staff.

Ok, so I don't write reviews...usually...but I just felt compelled to on this occasion. We are the proud owners of a Java cabin, a large garden room with 2 internal rooms and a garden store, supplied by Summerhouses Unlimited. I think the name of the company speaks volumes, firstly it supplies summer houses ;-) and secondly it does so with 'unlimited' amounts of helpfulness, thought and consideration. The delivery, installation, cleaning up afterwards (spotless), and after care service were excellent. In an age of faceless communications and hard nosed sales, this was a breath of fresh Lincolnshire air, to deal with people who are so friendly, professional, and just really bothered that we got a great experience and outcome from dealing with them. Top notch, 5 stars, superb! Congratulations on a great package, Kim and Neville.

What started out as needing to replace our garden shed, led us to getting a shed, bespoke cabin and a replacement roof on our garage.
Neville, Kim and the team were all very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and when the standard cabin models were not quite what we wanted, Neville took our requirements and got us the bespoke plans. We tweaked them a couple of times before getting what we were looking for.
The build went smoothly and much quicker than we had anticipated.
We decided to paint the cabin ourselves, in hindsight and if we were to have another build, we would definitely make use of the painting service.
A few minor issues were sorted by the team.
All in all, we thoroughly recommend Summerhouses Unlimited. Nothing was too much trouble and we will happily use them for future works.

We had a dream for a Legohouse cabin and a very awkward narrow drive that tapers as it goes along. We thought we would never get our dream but then along came Summerhouses Unlimited. I cannot express how much help, understanding and planning expertise they were able to provide us with. They designed a cabin that would the absolute best of the awkward space we had. Excellent communication throughout the whole process was so reassuring for us. When it came to the build, the team were friendly, hardworking, considerate and so tidy which was so important with us having 2 dogs. The same goes for the painting team, just amazing again. We are absolutely over the moon with our Legohouse. Seeing all our Lego on display in such a beautiful room is just magical. 100% recommend.

We had been considering a summerhouse/log cabin for our new build home but was disappointed that there were no show sites nearby - until we found Summerhouses Unlimited's show site at Whisby. An initial call to the very helpful Kim confirmed they had the sort of building we were looking for so a visit to the site was arranged. Kim and Neville showed us the range of cabins available and talked through our requirements to recommend suitable buildings. We eventually settled on the Chameleon which gave us both a summerhouse area and a separate storage room, both of a good, useful size. We also opted for extra insulation to make the cabin useable year round. Ordering was straightforward and we were kept fully informed of progress by Kim. Delivery of the cabin and timber for the frame base was also straightforward. On the day of installation the team arrived on time, and by the end of the day the cabin was fully built and ready for painting. Gavin, Connor, Kieron & Neville were very tidy and conscientious workers. We would thoroughly recommend Summerhouses Unlimited not only for the range on offer but also the friendly, helpful staff.

We are now looking forward to having the decking installed and hope to make full use of the summerhouse throughout the year.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Neville, Kim and the team. We had a five star service from the initial contact, through planning and then the build. We ordered a bespoke cabin which required planning and a number of questions which Neville was pleased to answer for us. The on-site build was completed with no fuss and no residual mess. The team were friendly and polite, arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. We can't recommend this Company highly enough. Five star service throughout.

From our first contact at the show summerhouses display to the ordering and altering with our bespoke design to the instillation has been nothing but a 5 star service, Neville even answering questions whilst out of the country on holiday, can’t recommend them highly enough. The team that fitted were excellent they were tidy, never any packaging left for us to tidy up. We can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for our stunning Summerhouse.

We discovered Summerhouses Unlimited based in Lincoln from a recommendation from our daughter Annie who also lives in Lincoln.
We live on the coast near Skegness.
Initially we visit the Companies site to view products they have on display.
We spoke with Kim the owner of the company.
She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
During our time at the site we never felt any sales pressure to make a purchase.
We left with a very informative and comprehensive brochure.
Two weeks later we placed an order.
Ordering a cabin and delivery was smooth.
Delivery arrived on the day and time given.
Cabin was erected within two days by Neville and his team, all excellent workers.
Neville kept us fully informed throughout the build.
Upon compleation the cabin is looking amazing.
The cabin ordered was exactly what we wanted.
From first ordering to compleation of the cabin Kim kept us fully up to date.

Summerhouses Unlimited - what a Fab family run Company, nothing was too much trouble.
From the moment we first visited the show site, to planning/ordering, to home site visit, to delivery, base and installation it was a great customer service from start to finish. We decided to go for a large bespoke cabin and even being indecisive and changing the design a couple of times wasn’t a problem. Neville was very professional (and patient) until we were happy with the design and we valued his knowledge.
Thank you to Kim for keeping us in the loop throughout the process even replying to emails late at night when I’m sure you should be relaxing!
Big shout out to Gavin, Connor and Neville who worked non stop (well apart from stopping for a bacon/sausage butty); it says a lot about a Company when you see the boss mucking in as well. All very professional, rubbish removed and site left clean and tidy. Thank you for recommending Steve for the electrics again friendly and professional.

Great service from walking into the showroom right through sign-off and beyond to snagging resolution. A genuine care for the consumer and as for the communication - I’m not sure Kim or Neville take any time off……..or sleep! We ordered a summerhouse in March 23 but due to myself being out of the country we delayed the installation until July 23. From ordering to installation we were fully informed of the progress of our order. Installation of our building was carried out by a very professional team without any issues encountered. We highly recommend Summerhouses Unlimited to anyone looking to buy a summerhouse. Well done to Kim, Nev and the Installation Team.

Great service from start to finish ,we had a Barbados Mini installed,I had so many questions before we decided and each one was answered promptly, we have had a minor issue with a door ,but we hope to resolve that very soon , might cancel our TV licence as we aren't in the front room watching TV much 🤣😅 ,but spending so much time in our beautiful cabin ,so much easier to sit & watch Granddaughter play in the garden too , wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kim & Nev to organise the job ,the fitters were great and we even used their own painting service (considering the Summer we have had I'm glad we did) looking forward to our new shed being fitted next year now
