My experience with suitopia has been good. I first took my measurements in their store 2020 and they were very helpful. Then covid happened and i did not order my suit until March 2022. Of course i had grown a bit so i retook my measurements and ordered my own designed suit.
When it arrived the pants were to thight so i contacted the customer service and got help and got redirected to an tailor in sthlm. There i got excellent help and now the pants fit great. Overall a very nice experience.

The suit is of very nice quality, nice fabric, nice finish. I went for a mid-price fabric. Had some issues with my jacket but, providing all the right information, the support service (thanks Sofie!) has been very very helpful and supportive, even providing a free remake. They provided advice along the way and helped tailor made the remake of my jacket.
If I had to give constructive suggestions:
- keep the customer more in the loop when the order moves from production to shipment (a week before you receive the tracking feels a bit long);
- in terms of user experience, when you visit the orders page, you get a thumbnail picture of a garment which is not your specific order, but a generic one, a bit confusing.
But this are minor things. I'll enjoy my suit!

Production and shipping were a little bit slower than anticipated, although the tux fits excellently and came in great condition.

The suit fit perfectly and I'm very happy with my purchase. My suit came long before my shirt, I think it must have been forgotten somehow, but when I contacted customer support I got help quickly and my order was express sent just a couple of days later. I got 50% of on the missing order, and 50% of my next purchase. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have a minor problem I chose the “wide lapel option. And I’m not Shure if i got the wrong option or if the option is way to small.

Quality suit made and delivered quickly. I had an issue with the fit of the waist coat which was remedied quickly and easily. Great service!!

This is the 1st time I have had a tailor made suit. I was amazed at how many measurements to take, but it was completely worth it. I even sent 1 measurement wrong and they sorted that straight away. very pleased with the product 👍🏼
