Popped into the shop yesterday and left a very happy customer. Friendly and helpful staff, clearly know their stuff and provided me with the guidance I needed to make a very easy purchase!

This is a great company. Their stock range is huge and they caters for all price and quality requirements. Pricing is competitive. We bought a boxing ring and other equipment from them. Delivery was punctual and cost effective.

Fantastic product and fantastic service. I e-mail to ask for quick delivery and the item was received the next day.

Brought a boxing ring great ring one little problem which was not there fault the team there have bent over back wards to look after me great team and great service and very happy with what iv been sold now recommend there shop top class

The staff at sugar rays are really rude and unhelpful. I had to keep chasing my order and got a different excuse everytime. They just say the first thing that comes into there head without bothering checking. Label cut out of top. Boots were dirty and rope looked fake. Poor service poor products and poor staff!

Fairly new to boxing but when I contacted and explained this to someone on the phone, they was able to help me decide which items would be best suited for my situation.Highly recommend

I ordered a jump rope from this company which they obviously stated was in stock. After 10 days I had heard nothing so I gave them a call. They said they were out of stock and could not say when they would get any more in. I cancelled my order and got the same item from a competitor company within two days. Sugar Ray's said my PayPal account would be refunded. Guess what - no refund so far.

I ordered a head guard , was given delivery ETA of around 5 working days, only I'm still waiting for it and it's been 2 months!! I've called several times chasing it up, never got a single apology only bad attitude like I'm being unreasonable by calling to find out what's going on...I've been told it has been dispatched and on the way to me...fingers crossed!!
I definitely won't be ordering from them again, I don't even know how they are still running a business!

I have been a loyal customer to Sugar Rays for a number of years now and they always do their best to try and accommodate my needs, giving me product advice, recommendin a range of alternatives and updating me when new lines come in. Their delivery service is speedy and the friendly atmosphere in store is the reason my business continues!

ordered items early as they were needed for a fight.also phoned and said i would pay extra to ensure delivery but was told no need as they would arrive.the guy you speak to on the phone has a very bad attitude and speaks to you as if you shouldnt have the nerve to phone in.was meant to be delivered yesterday but nothing arrived then i was guaranteed they would arrive today but i contacted the courier and they are now lost in transit.going to have to go out and spend more money on a new pair now all because of sugarrays shocking service.avoid at all costs.stick to .far superior

Brought some boxing boots from Sugarrays.co.uk ,where they arrived the right foot had dirty finger marks all over it and a big black mark down one side.(They were a light boot so marks stand out a mile).Emailed them straight away a week ago then the weekend still haven't heard anything from them.The boots weren't cheap either so in future I will be leaving Sugarrays alone.1st and last time I will be shopping with them!!!

Stock levels are high as needed a few pairs for local boxing club.

After reading some poor reviews of this so called company I was foolish enough to order some boxing dvd's from them. Half of them dont play because these people have recorded the dvd's themselves onto bad quality or wrong format dvd's. My rating would be minus if possible and I'm pretty sure that they are breaking copyright laws by the way they operate. They will never get another penny of my money.

Ordered a few pairs of boxing gloves. Exactly as described and even arrived a day early. Would recommend to everyone!

I've been waiting for over a month for my order and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I phoned, I was told my goods would arrive in the next couple of days. The last time I phoned, I was told it would take another couple of weeks.
