Thank you Pace and Team.

I have too have attended many training courses and although they all speak of support, none have thought it threw and put it in place as you and the Sub To Team have. I have always gotten a quick response to all my questions and have already had help from some of the members on deals I am working on. It is refreshing to work with a community that truly does what it says it will do. Most importantly that it is a community to help in every team member being successful. Looking forward to doing a lot of transactions with everyone. Thank you again.

This mentorship has raised my level of understanding real estate. This mentorship does a great job of explaining real estate simply specifically subto.

The executive mentorship program falls short of delivering for mentees. The cost of the program and the lack of guided direction is not consistent with the PM brand. He is a standup leader and teacher but the program should be overhauled. 10 minutes a week for 60 days is anemic for the cost. As you learn opportunities to work with SubTo investors needs to be available. If you work 9-5 and are trying to get thru the training before your Success Advisor is no longer available for the 10 minutes a week ( if you’re lucky to get on her calendar) In 4 weeks, I had 2 meetings. My 9-5 work schedule was overlooked as Michael advised me that I needed to be in SubTo vs Gator group. I had my son to purchase the gator course product but I was deeply saddened that my circumstances were not considered as I was up sold on the Executive Mentorship package. There was no mentorship ! I believe in the integrity of Pace but this program should be reevaluated. For the hefty price tag, it is anemic in its delivery of value. Having made my concerns known, my access was promptly terminated and my initial money not returned. Micheal said, we don’t do that. But they did not deliver either. The Success Advisor knew I did not access all the materials, it was crazy. Michael chose to truncate my access to what was paid for through June 8th. $3,900. Of my funds was not, in my opinion, well spent. The $11,000. Price tag for the self teaching overload with no mentorship realized is just off brand and should not have happened.

I'm still learning a lot. Everything that I need is available.

Ok first of all it seemed a bit overwhelming in that there is so much information. But Once I simply started doing the course, going on to the Facebook group and the Discord it is starting to gel. I have done the Ron LaGrand course, spent $15k and did not have the help available that i have here. Also here I have people available who will not only help me but can also buy the deal from me. I feel far more assured that one way or another I can not only succeed but through team mates i can also help others, as i grow, to succeed as well. I have made some connections, new, but still I have a few phone numbers. I have taken some action and cold called some Foreclosure leads. I have also mailed them, I have been yelled at but it did not hurt or bother me in that I had gone through a few of the foreclosure videos and know that these people, in particular, are hurting with embarrassment. So I am calling back this week to let them know I am here to help and if I can do my job they will not need to sell to me or to anyone. Of course most people wait until the last minute and I believe, from what I learned here, that I will be the one left standing as long as I am first, trying to serve their needs and interest and that is a huge thing. The biggest message that I keep resonating with is that If I serve I will win, even if they do not sell. They will love me and refer me.

So much education! Just incredible what i have learned even after reading every book and all the podcasts.
Most realtors think that they know everything, really sad that they don’t understand Subto but I bet they will when the next crash comes

Amazing Content!
The training videos contain more depth than any other training I have been involved in prior. There is so much good content that at times it seems overwhelming. My MSA has been amazing to help get my head wrapped around focusing on the correct content path.

The content in this community is mind blowing. The modules are fantastic and still working through a lot of the content. The bonus zoom videos are incredibly helpful for seeing what can happen during seller calls and help getting mindset in place. The only thing I'm still hoping for is a good explanation of the forms, and what needs to happen when. Subto offer, insurance, servicing, etc. Just how that process should work in order, with the technical details. That is my only wish, which may exist and I need to be pointed to it. Other than that this is the greatest community on earth!

Absolute value for your money. Everytime you think there is nothing else there's more. You have the course, live zooms, the vault (which is a rabbit hole), and the community. You will definitely get out of it what you put into it and more!

The community has been amazing as well as the zooms. The live help/guidance is very informative and everyone is treated with the utmost respect.

I am just not able to navigate the site very well i don't know if it is something I am doing wrong.

I am so excited to get started, but right now I'm standing at the Station watching the Pace train go speeding by. I'm still stuck in my 1 business trying to keep my bills paid every month. I've never been good at managing but I'm really good at working and I'm not sure how to transition out of working.
I see what's happening on the Youtube channel, the Instagram channel, and the discord Channel and I think "How do I find time to do any of this stuff?" I'm barely able to watch the mentorship training videos but I'm so glad It's all available to me. Thank You for all the support you guys give and for all the trainings you make available to us.

I've been a part of other mentorships and they were just not as well constructed as yours. Most mentorships have different parts and pieces to make you successful. You have all of them. You have the courses, then you have the zoom vault and then you have the community, which is arguably the most valuable part. That is the part that is hard to find.
You can get other mentorships to give you information, but a community to find and execute deals is a real value and that's what you've built.

This is such a great community, everyone is engaged, responsive and willing to help. I understand about "shiny objects" and selecting an avatar vs trying to be all things to all people. My Avatar is Direct to Seller and I have engaged other avatars to help me close a deal. Havent done one yet but soon come.

I love the community and the videos. I do wish there was a history of the videos we have seen so we can jump back in when we have to step away.

Awesome experience. Pace, you were made to be great! You have the gift of being able to articulate information so that people understand it. You are on your way to the top. It's amazing how fast you are becoming one of the richest people alive. The difference is, you are humble and people will always love you for that. I hope to become wealthy too. I have everything I want in life, I just need wealth to support it financially. THANK YOU !
