This program is worth way way more than what I invested into it! Pace Morby will over deliver in value. The community is connected, it’s like family.

The SubTo Community is just that a COMMUNITY. In all the other mentorships and groups I've joined, this is the only group that has community and intention at the forefront of everything that is done. If you are considering joining, know that there is a LOT of information provided and lots of weekly zooms that you can get caught up on but the main an most important thing about this is the people that you work with and their willingness to do deals TOGETHER!!

I have been in subto for a little over a year and it has been the best decision I've made to join this amazing community. Pace goes above and beyond to help all subto students and has created this community that has everything you need in order to succeed in real estate. I just bought my first rental property and are currently doing 5 deals a month and couldn't be any happier.

Having journeyed through various communities, each promising growth and valuable insights for my business and personal development, I can declare, without a shadow of a doubt, that this community surpasses them all. I've been part of communities that boasted the best, but none delivered as profoundly as this one.

From the moment I joined, the value I’ve extracted from this program and its accompanying community has been unmatched. To say it's invaluable feels like an understatement. I've been here for a few months now, and I often catch myself pondering how I could have possibly paid so little for the boundless wealth of knowledge and camaraderie it provides.

The community is not just any ordinary group. It's an incredible tapestry of positive, driven individuals. These are people who not only promote a positive outlook but inspire positive outcomes through their actions, stories, and continuous support. The energy is palpable, and it pushes all of us to be better, do better.

I walked into this community with a focus on creative real estate, but what I got was an entire universe of learning. I've unlocked insights into real estate as a whole, the art of community building, the intricacies of branding for both my businesses and myself, and unraveled dimensions of businesses that seem to be the industry’s best-kept secrets. It feels like every conversation, every thread, every webinar holds so many truth bombs. There's wisdom between the lines at every turn, waiting to be discovered.

The beauty of this community is in its spirit of giving. Not only does it provide continuously, but it offers countless opportunities for us to give back, support, and uplift each other. I've found spaces where I can share, mentor, and also learn from others. It's a circle of sharing and growing together.

To summarize my experience in words would do it injustice. The value, education, knowledge, skills, and connections I’ve gained here is unparalleled. But if there’s one thing to take away, it’s that this isn’t just a program or community – it’s a transformative experience, one that has reshaped the way I view business and life. I joined Pace Morby’s Subto community at the end of 2021. From the time we heard about Subto, it took me and my partner over six months to pull the trigger. Before joining we looked at several other programs like Jamil Damji’s AstroFlipping and Social Media Blueprint. We had also looked into and bought several programs. None are as complete and thorough as what Subto offers.

The most important and impactful aspect of Subto is community. I love being part of the Subto community because there are members from all walks of life with different levels of experience. This gives the members the chance to share with and learn from other members. It also provides a platform to make meaningful connections with other real estate warriors, people whom I would otherwise never have met.

Nothing is perfect, but as far as I am concerned, the Subto community is the right path to get to my goal of owning a cash flowing portfolio that will benefit not just me, but my entire family and will eventually allow me to retire comfortably and worry free. Thanks to the connections I have made in Subto, I went from 0 to 4 doors in one year and I’m on my way to adding at least two more doors to my portfolio by the end of the year. This has been the direct result of forming part of the Subto community.

If I could go back in time, would I join Subto again? Definitely.

I have been in multiple mentorships and programs and have never experienced the level of excellence I have experienced with Subto. I joined 3wks ago and was immediately embraced by the community. Never have I seen a community so engaged, so committed to the success of its members, so active, so positive and so genuinely willing to help other members. Subto not only fosters a giving culture but absolutely requires it. Its a family environment of like minded people who are truly amazing!! Let’s talk content! Prepare to get your mind blown!! There is sooooooo much content. There is the initial training videos and then there is a vault of zooms and trainings that are a treasure chest of information to learn from. Pretty much anything and everything you need is there. If you are ready to change your life, learn real estate and you are a person that enjoys giving and helping others, SUBTO is for you!!! It is such a fun community to be a part of with meetups in fun places and hanging out with like minded friends. Its just awesome!! Absolutely awesome!!

I started following Pace and love what he teaches and he stays with everyone no matter thier level and is constanting finding and bring more to offer every one in the community. He is honest and genuine and right out there doing what he teaches and that what put him above the rest.

I am enjoying the course very much, however I haven't learned too much about the best leads and how to find them. I may not have gotten to it yet in the course.

Great community. love the support and scripts and systems and zooms. Little confusing with all the different programs and groups, would be nice to have things simplified into one app or something.
