This was delivered to a post office delivery office and not to my shipping address. Not sure why style cheat used to the wrong address, also now as the item has been flagged as delivered by Royal Mail there is no way to actually receive the item. I have tried to contact SC customer service with no reply.

**update**
I am now awaiting a replacement. I will see how that goes.

Ordered couple of dress and quality and style was really great. Customer service team really helpful and responsive.

Nice webshop where I bought a beautiful dress. However, I had to pay 14 euros in customs clearance costs on top of the 12 euros shipping costs. The dress itself cost 26 euros, but in total I also had to pay 26 euros to have the dress delivered here. All in all it wasn't worth it.

I purchased my dresses last year, although my wedding isn't until September. When the dresses arrived, we were all thrilled with the beautiful selection and high quality. However, one of my bridesmaids is now pregnant, and her dress won't fit by the time of the wedding.

On a whim, I contacted customer service, not really expecting much since so much time had passed (the dress was still tagged and bagged). To my surprise, Eva and Holly provided exceptional customer service and allowed me to exchange the dress for a larger size.

Their kindness and support brought me to tears. Although the cost of the dresses is relatively small compared to other wedding expenses, this small act of generosity truly touched my heart. I am immensely grateful and will wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone.

I really liked the exchange section allowed you to browse items to exchange with which was a really nice feature! Returns process speedy also!

Great customer service. I ordered my dress to the wrong address and they rectified it free of charge and arranged delivery very quickly. I had a query about a return and this was also sorted quickly. The items themselves are lovely too!

Ordered a dress in my size last week and it did not fit well so exchanged on the website on friday evening. This transfaction went through fully and confirmed my order. Unfortunately, received an email on Monday morning to say it had gone out of stock. I now have 4 days until I need an occasion dress and this situation has majorly inconvenienced. Customer service was good, quick response times and they requested a refund straight away.

I have a wedding in Italy in a few weeks and decided on the halterneck cami midi dress.

Place my first order with Style Cheat for a wedding but I wasn't sure on the dress. I ordered two more but both were quite honestly awful, cheap material, wierd sizing and odd proportions.

I processed a return on the portal for the first order/dress which gave me a return postage label so I packaged all three dresses together and posted them.

Style Cheat processed the refund for the ONE dress but have refused to process a refund for the remaining two because I didn't log them on the portal. They asked me for proof of return even though they received the other dress.

They have been extremely careful not to deny receiving the enclosed two dresses. They have refused to check stock levels (which would obviously show an increase for these items). They have been rude, unaccommodating and completely unethical.

I strongly advise avoiding Style Cheat. Their clothes are an unreliable quality and completely overpriced and they will take any opportunity to take and keep your money (and the clothes you return).

So impressed with stylecheat. The dresses I purchased I fell in love with. I'm always sceptical buying on line, as you tend to look at the model and think the dress will sadly not look like that on me. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried mine on..the fit, the look, the quality and the price AMAZING. I won't be shopping anywhere else but here from now on. Stunning and affordable. I'm very happy

Quick delivery, the products were actually really nice! I've started having quite low expectations for dresses bought online but I love the 2 dresses I bought! I struggle to find dresses that fit me well as I'm quite petite everywhere but the satin wrap dress and the halterneck maxi was perfect for me. Absolutely will be buying from here again!!

Love the clothes on style cheat, they are true to size which is so helpful considering how difficult this can be when you buy from other retailers. Good value, quick delivery and easy returns.

I have recently ordered some bridesmaid dresses from StyleCheat and despite having an initial issue with a small snag on the first dress, this was rectified immediately. I contacted StyleCheat and within hours I received a response saying they'd issue a return label and send an exchange. The dress is beautiful and great quality and I could not fault the customer service! Will definitely be ordering again from them. Thank you.

Great quality dresses compared to other similar websites and fast delivery. I returned one dress and exchanged the other for a different size. I was very impressed with the speed and communication that this was processed and shipped out to me. Would definitely buy from them again!
