Julie is a fun but patient instructor. When I first went to one of her classes I had been suffering from night vertigo for well over a year following a head injury. Since the second class I have had no vertigo attacks at all. I am so pleased I found such a caring instructor.

Julie (strictly fitness) is an energetic enthusiastic knowledgable friendly and overall a lovely lady. I enjoy her classes very much which is why I do two Pilates classes and a dance fitness every week and feel the benefits every day.

High class pilates training, well supervised to ensure correct movement. All done in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Julie ensures she is aware of any injuries, and identifies which moves the individual should not attempt and gives them an alternative.

Great fun. Lovely instructor.

Julie is a very talented teacher, she gives help when needed and never makes anyone feel inferior. Always a pleasure to be in her class even when we have to work hard

Julie is an amazing teacher. She is vivacious, engaging and extremely well informed in biomechanics. Having been taught by her for a number of years, I trust her implicitly due to her care, sensitivity and safety consciousness.

Amazing classes. Love they are so different each week. Julie is a great teacher so knowledgeable, but also very welcoming and friendly.

Julie is not only a great instructor but a lovelylady too. She tailors the class to us oldies.

The website is poor - far to time consuming to do what should be a much simpler task.

Julie is an excellent Pilates instructor, always checking if anyone has any issues and working at a pace which generally suits the abilities in the class whilst encouraging us to develop our fitness levels .

Really enjoy Julie’s Pilates class. She pushes you to try new exercises and equipment, explaining the benefits and reasoning behind all the moves. Her classes are always fun, she makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome no matter their level of ability. Always a joy.
