Nach kauf 2022 und Auslieferung 2023 sind wir von der Qualität von Stressless toral enttäuscht , zuerst war die Armlehne vom stressless view defekt, dann quietscht der Sessel ohne Ende, und nun haben wir das Sofa reklamiert, welches auf einer Seite durchgesessen ist- was eigentlich nicht passieren dürfte, da wir 2 Personen, keine Kinder das Sofa benutzen!! Nach Begutachtung des Verkäufers, der die Reklamation anerkannte, kam heute, 10 Wochen nach Beanstandung der hammer, zwei billigst gemachte schaumstoffkissen, die noch von einem Sattler verkleidet werden sollten! Das kann doch nicht der Ansoruch und die Qualität von Stressless, das nicht gerade billig ist, sein!!

The main purpose for my Stressless Rhino is comfort, and this it does well.
However, there are 2 major design faults:
*Swivel mechanism*: this is as cheep as it gets, even for the cheapest recliners. A cheap lazy Susan rotating mechanism is better than that plastic mould ring with 8 clips. Until I lined the base with brush seal, it left marks on my hardwood flooring when moving it for vacuuming or mopping. Once on, the resistance of the swivel mechanism was greater than the resistance of the brush seal.
*Head rest*: unless your comfortable with the head rest at its lowest possible level, you find yourself constantly adjusting it. This is really hard to do while seated. The slightest downward pressure lowers the headrest.
Perhaps the designers don't get paid enough to realise the bearings are needed for the swivel base instead of the headrest.

Expérience insolite et pour le moins désagréable ...
En effet, m'étant déplacé spécialement de banlieue, pour me rendre au store Stressless à Paris, j'étais bien décidé à acquérir - et à emporter- une chaise, modèle d'exposition, vue sur internet : d'emblée, le vendeur me proposant un prix attractif, je m'apprêtais à régler quand, tout à coup, reniant sa parole, il m'informe qu'il ne peut plus pratiquer le prix que, lui-même, venait de fixer !! ???
Interloqué, voire choqué, j'ai quitté le magasin, bredouille, et furieux d' avoir perdu 2 h en déplacement ...Le SAV contacté n'a lui non plus aucune idée de la parole donnée , ni des valeurs élémentaires de bienséance ! A FUIR DONC!

Ik heb 25 jaar met volle tevredenheid op de Stressless Consul gezeten en onlangs de Stressless Reno Classic gekocht. Dit is de enige relaxfauteuil met zogenaamde flappen bij de armleuningen waardoor de ondersteuning van armen optimaal is en de schouders volledig kunnen ontspannen. Dat maakt dit model uniek en erg geliefd. Ik bewonder het doordachte en ingenieuze ontwerp van de Stressless fauteuils. Simpel en functioneel gaan hand in hand en ook de swing tables voor een drankje en laptop zijn hier perfecte voorbeelden van. Prijstechnisch zit het merk aan de bovenkant maar de prijs/kwaliteitsratio is erg gunstig. Mijn Reno gaat makkelijk weer 25 jaar mee. Erg duurzaam dus. Dat geldt tevens voor de uitstekende service van met name Dhr. Michael Dierks die me naast informatie ook geheel kosteloos een verzorgingspakket toestuurde om de Reno in topconditie te houden. Deze hoge service standaard is tegenwoordig erg zeldzaam maar Stressless doet het toch maar.

Wir haben zwei sessel gekauft.
Leder, mit elektroantrieb.
In summe haben wir 4000€ liegen lassen.

Nach diser zeit geht an einemvsessel die rueckenlrhnenverstellung nicht mehr.
Erst lieft sie schrseg, dann blieben auv noch die schalter haengen.

Die brzuege wrrfen falten, die kopfteilvertelling bleibt nicht in position.

Im internet sind weder ersatzteile noch serviceadressen vetfuegbar.

Da moebelhaus ?
Keine reaktion.

Fuer fen preis und den abnspruch mit dem geworben wird eine blanke unverschaemtheit.

Stress mit stressless.

Achat de 2 fauteuils relax Adams en cuir. Jolis certe mais vu le prix nous sommes très déçus car le confort au niveau du dos (notamment la partie haute et cervicales mais pas les lombaires) ne nous satisfait pas. Trop raides, nous avons des tensions qui se font et la détente est impossible. Nous sommes pratiquement surs qu'ils ne seront pas meilleurs avec le temps (souplesse..). Rupture trop importante entre la têtière et le haut du dossier entraînant inconfort. Nous sommes obligés de rajouter des mousses à mémoire de forme sur tout le dossier pour améliorer le confort.
Dommage nous ne ferons plus jamais confiance dans cette marque..

Habe einen Stressless Relaxsessel mit Massage und Heizfunktion seit ein paar Monaten.Die Fernbedienung hängt sich ständig auf und man muss diese regelmäßig resetten.Das ist besonders toll, wenn man im Sessel liegt und nichts mehr geht Seit heute hilft Reset auch nicht mehr .Der Sessel ist alles andere als entspannend.Finger weg von solch einem Produkt! Für den Preis erwarte ich mir eine bessere Qualität.

The chair and the dealer are great. Unfortunately, Stressless doesn't care about customer service or replacing a defective chair in a timely manner. Their response to my email was that it's the responsibility of the dealer to handle problems. Per the dealer, there isn't even tracking on the shipment of a replacement. Meanwhile I'm sitting in a $130 chair from Amazon.

Wij zijn al 10 jaar in het bezit van de Paris relaxstoel. De houdt zich erg goed, alleen waren de pootdoppen broos geworden en afgebroken. Na uiterst vriendelijk contact met het servicecentrum gratis voldoende nieuwe doppen opgestuurd gekregen om deze de komende jaren te vervangen.

Tijdens een verhuis is er 1 vloerdopje van een voetenbankje verloren gegaan. Na een contactformulier ingevuld te hebben, vlot 6 nieuwe vloerdopjes opgestuurd gekregen, zodat we verder kunnen genieten van onze stressless relaxen en voetenbankjes.

Mijn rubberen/plastic pootje was stuk van mijn stressless stoel en ik ben vriedelijk snel en duidelijk en service gericht geholpen.

Chair swivel wore-out while in warranty period. Been trying for more than a month to get a warranty replacement part. The chair is unusable and now I had to order a replacement part, which was hard to find, for $200 out-of-pocket and install it myself. Wasted a lot of time and money

Ein Stressless-Metro-Highback Sessel ist eine Anschaffung jenseits der 2000 Euro Grenze. Ein Grund des Kaufs war damals das Garantieversprechen des Herstellers: 2+8 Jahre extra! Leider hat das Gestell dieses Sessels einen viel zu weit hinten liegenden Schwerpunkt, weshalb dort starke Biegekräfte auf das Material wirken. Ich wiege mit 96 Kilogramm normal viel. Knapp zwei Jahre nach dem Kauf war das Rohrgestell das erste Mal gebrochen. Damals galt noch die gesetzliche Gewährleistung. Nach 6 Jahren brach auch das neue Gestell im selben Bereich. Der Service verweist auf den Händler, aber der hebt die Hände: "Garantiezertifikat? Keine Ahnung." Ich bekam eine Adresse von einem Polsterer, der sich auf meine E-Mail nicht meldete. Den Ersatz soll ich bezahlen und ich denke, unter 500 Euro wird das nicht kosten. Nie wieder Stressless. Ich kann nur warnen.

We bought a the Mayfair in 1992 and have loved every second of use. It is still in use today with no mechanical issues whatsoever over the past 33 years. The leather on the left arm and front left side of the seat does show wear, but that is due to one of our dogs constantly licking while we were away. The rest of the chair looks like new.

When we bought a winter home in FL 8 years ago we cheaped out and bought two knockoffs. Most people wouldn't spot the difference between those and the Stressless but there is a world of difference in both comfort and quality. So much so that we finally smartened up and bought two more Stressless Mayfairs. Yes, they are expensive, but we are in our mid sixties now and we can afford it, so we're done with the discomfort and know these will last the rest of our lives.

Prima service. Vloerdoppen versleten van stoelen, voetenbankjes en tafeltje. Worden kosteloos opgestuurd zodat alles er weer mooi bij staat en wij weer kunnen genieten van ons “ relax-hoekje “. Onze dank daarvoor.

I tried out all the chairs, even sitting for over an hour in a chair at the dealer. Several of my friends love their chair. After paying a small fortune ordering a chair it arrived and for 3 years has been a great disappointment. It is very low to the ground, deeply angled so difficult to get out of. No positioning of the footstool that is a separate piece gets it at a comfortable level or angle. I have tried putting firm pillows on it, on my chair seat, behind me. Nothing seems to work.
I would love to get a recliner and be comfortable yet again, I just need to sell this worthless chair to do so

nach 2,5 jahren ist das leder eines sessels plus ottomane verknittert und ausgefärbt. unterirdische qualität. wird nur noch getoppt vom unverschämten mitarbeiter des kundendienstes in hamburg! finger weg von dieser marke!

Wij waren onze inbussleutels van Stressless voor de fauteuils kwijtgeraakt door een verhuizing. Stressless stuurde kosteloos nieuwe sleutels op. Dat noem ik nog eens service!

Purchased the Aurora sofa and ottoman 1/2021 and in just over a year the seat on my side became depressed and uncomfortable. I am 6'1" 190lbs and I really expected that a sofa that costs $4,495.00 would hold up better. I have a hundred dollar computer chair that has been better than that.

The durability of this furniture is not there for the price. I paid $7000 for a Stressless Jazz chair. This is a unique piece of art, in a way, and a beautiful chair. It replaced a 22 year old leather swivel recliner that I still have. After 11 years springs within the seat cushion broke causing the cushion to collapse completely. Stressless has no replacement cushions for the discontinued model, and no repair options. The matter of fact response was that they couldn't help me. Very poor.
