A good value airport parking experience
despite having paid by credit card in advance the machine at the exit barrier indicated we needed to pay £ 70 , however this was soon resolved in a discussion with the remote operative once we pressed the 'help' button

The instructions we received were very good. The communications with us on the day were timely and clear. The staff who met us were smart, polite, friendly and efficient. The whole process at the airport was quick (less than two minutes each time) and very convenient as we dropped off and collected the car right outside the terminal. A great way to start and end the holiday.

They were waiting for us when we arrived and when we landed. What more can you ask for?

The service from staff was excellent. The directions to find the office at Terminal 1 were misleading and the directions from Terminal 2 arrivals to the office 'disappeared' at times. We will use again, now we know what to look for.

This parking service is excellent and "fool" proof. Bit nervous, as it was the first time we'd used a Meet and Greet service, but all stages clearly explained and efficiently carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I was really pleased with the service and will definitely use this service from now on. As in the name it is stress free all the way, dropping the car off and walking over to the terminal and having it there waiting for you on your return. Well done.

We arrived at Gatwick 3/4 hour ahead of the advised time telephoned to be met to be advised that there were no drivers available and they would send someone asap. we waited 1/2 hour before the driver arrived.
On our return we collected our luggage as advised to do so then telephoned. We then waited just over an hour for our car to be delivered to us despite telephoning a number of times to establish what was happening.
Not a good service and I hope this improves as I have a booking with you at Gatwick on the 14/12/2013. The firm nominated is RS09 and I have read some disturbing articles in the press which I would like your confirmation that I won't have any further problems or alternately book me with others. Please advise.

StressFreeParking - Meet and Greet service was exactly as advertised. I was kept informed, and experienced clear lines of communication with their representatives at all times.
No delays or waiting to collect car on return.

The experience was smooth, didn't have to wait long for the bus. We were travelling with my mum who was in a wheelchair and the driver was very obliging putting the ramp down and asking passengers to move down the bus.

I was advised to phone about 20 minutes before arriving at Stansted Airport and had been given both a mobile and land line number to ring. When I rang the mobile there was no answer. On ringing the land line there was a recorded message which was:'there is nobody available and do not leave a message. I drove to the services nearest the airport and tried to call again. We had arranged to be met at 4a.m. And were meant to check in at 5a.m. I drove to the Macdonalds services close to the airport and tried to call again. I had already made 11 calls, 4 to the landline and 7 to the mobile. I was thinking that I would have to park in the Long Stay car park and hoped there would be spaces since I had not pre-booked. I tried once against to call and finally had a response and arranged to be met and hand over my car to be taken to the car park. It was a very stressful experience and on our return I was concerned that there would be similar problems. In fact the call was answered first time and the car returned. I will not use this service again.

Booked this on line and thought this was a great service . only had 1 small problem which was that when I phoned about 20 mins prior to arrival they could not find my booking however the guy on the phone just said don't worry and met us as promised

Have used Stress Free Parking several times and every time the service has been excellent. On our most recent trip,our arrival time was delayed due to an accident on the M4. The driver was fully aware of the traffic problems and phoned us that morning to advise us in advance. Well impressed! On arrival at the Bristol Airport our luggage was unloaded and the paperwork completed speedily to avoid further delay for us. Very prompt pick up on arrival back in the UK. Cannot recommend this company enough! Brilliant!

Good service, a few minutes extra wait including some phone calls, but overall very good value for money.
