Noch nie musste ich solange auf ein Paket warten in der Mail stand „small Delay“ warte jetzt schon fast 3 Monate, auf E-Mails wird immer gleich geantwortet und zwar das es schon auf dem Weg sei klickt man aber die Tracking Nummer an, kommt das es gar kein Paket mit entsprechender Tracking Nummer gibt wenn ihr nicht Monatelang auf ein simples Kleidungsstück warten wollt was andere Firmen besser verarbeiten und vor allem schneller liefern dann bestellt da nicht

A pisstake. Ordered a zip up jacket over 2 months ago and haven’t gotten a proper response besides the AI one. Have given them MULTIPLE chances to give me any sort of update and have been blanked with the same AI response, honestly frustrating. Not even if there’s been a delay on the package or the product. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

I placed an order on 16-09-2024, and i have not received anything till this day (22-01-25). Customersupport answers mails but nothing happens after that. I do not have a good feeling about this, and would not place an order again👎🏻.

Fraud, just simply as that . Done as a side hustle to fraud people , intersting to dive into the construction of this , just disguisting

-10/12/24: informed there was delays due to shipping challenges
-16/12/24: informed all remaining orders will be shipped between 24-29th Dec
-26/12/24: shipping final orders
-17/01/25: 1item from order is currently out of stock.

Geht garnicht. Von der Produktion bis zum Versand verläuft alles in China. Das einzige was Streetsonic allein in Auftrag gibt sind ihre Designs. Unverschämt und Peinlich. 2 Monate auf Packet gewartet. Zufrieden aber auch 50% Polyester. Holt euch eure Klamotten wo anders.

Avoid this website. Item ordered over 5 weeks ago and still not dispatched. Email responses seem AI generated and do not respond to the points made. Lots of false assurances without any confirmation of dispatch date. Refund requested, but refused to date.

Still waiting on a hoodie which was ordered almost 2 months ago. Apparently it’s on the way. I asked for a refund ages ago but that request was ignored even though the product had not been shipped. The website does not say the products come from China and they claim shipping is 2-3weeks. Totally misleading. I will probably be hit for customs duty when it eventually gets here. I would never order from here again and would not recommend.

Versuche seit über 2 Wochen einen Artikel für 70 € zurück zuschicken. Mehrere Emails geschickt. 7 € über Paypal noch zusätzlich für ein Retourenlabel bezahlt das ich nicht bekommen habe. Werde hier nie wieder bestellen.

Ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt, wovon einer zu klein war. Um den zurückzusenden muss man dem support schreiben. Nach 3 Emails in denen ich sage, dass ich den einen Artikel zurücksenden möchte, bekomme ich immer noch keine Option den Artikel zurückzusenden. Sie halten ihre eigene "Refund policy" nicht ein.
Der scam besteht darin den Kunden solange hinzuhalten, dass die 14 Tage ablaufen und eine Retoure nicht mehr möglich ist.

Cheap china product (literally the delivery shows that it is flown in from china); don‘t buy, definitely not worth the price for that cheap a** quality.

I ordered a hoodie, 5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been shipped. customer service has been unhelpful and avoided all difficult regarding my order. She has finally sent me tracking information and my jumper is just sat in china!! Do not buy from this brand.

Terrible quality product comes from China. Shipping takes ages and material bad quality and bad fitting product. Haven’t responded to any emails I have sent asking to return the item when their website says that it is possible. Don’t buy.

Ordered clothing that never arrived, over a month now and I all I receive are generic bot responses to my messages. DO NOT BUY!
