Won a max win in May – still struggling to withdraw my money in October

I am writing this review because my overall experience with Golisimo has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it comes to verification, withdrawals and customer service.

I won a max win in May 2026, and it is now October. I still have approximately 585,000 NOK remaining on my account, meaning that almost five months later I still have not been able to withdraw the majority of my winnings.

My account verification took approximately one month. After that, I experienced long delays with withdrawals, with some withdrawals taking weeks to be processed. At times, I also received different explanations regarding why withdrawals were delayed.

What I find particularly frustrating is the lack of answers when you actually have questions or need help with your account. Customer support often tells me that the matter has been forwarded to the VIP department, but then I am left waiting without a clear answer.

This is exactly what is happening again now.

During September, Golisimo increased my withdrawal limit to 30,000 NOK per 24 hours / 300,000 NOK per month. This worked very well, and I successfully withdrew 300,000 NOK during September.

However, when October started, my withdrawal limit was reduced back to 5,000 NOK per 24 hours.

I contacted my personal VIP manager, Fredrik, because he was the person who previously helped me get the higher withdrawal limit. On September 30, he told me that he would look into increasing the limit again.

Since then, I have sent several messages and emails without receiving an answer.

Today I contacted another member of the VIP department because I still had not heard anything. I was told that Fredrik is my responsible VIP manager, that he was working that day, and that they had sent him a message asking him to contact me. I was told that he would get back to me as soon as possible.

I am still waiting for a response.

To be fair, the 5,000 NOK withdrawals are currently being processed, so I am receiving money. My complaint is not that they refuse to pay me. My problem is the extremely slow and unnecessarily complicated process, combined with the lack of communication when I have legitimate questions about my own money.

Golisimo has already demonstrated that they can allow me to withdraw 30,000 NOK per day without any problems. I simply want a reasonable withdrawal limit and clear communication about what is happening with my account.

I won this money in May. It is now October, and I still have around 585,000 NOK left to withdraw.

I hope Golisimo resolves this, and I will happily update this review if the situation improves. But based on my experience so far, the withdrawal process and customer service have been extremely disappointing.

Do not deposit here! I requested two standard withdrawals of 200,000 HUF each (400,000 HUF total) on Sept 20 and 21. My account is fully verified, and I already had a successful withdrawal before. They advertise super-fast 3-day payouts, but they have been unlawfully freezing my money under "Under Review" status for nearly TWO WEEKS. Live chat is a useless robot, and support just makes excuses. Because of their scam behavior, they have put my daily livelihood at risk! I have already filed an official complaint with the Anjouan Gaming Commission. Total scammers, avoid them!

Account opened 10 days after addiction disclosure at sister brand

An account was opened for me at Golisimo on 25.04.2026 — no email or contact from Golisimo exists in my inbox before that date. This came exactly ten days after I was targeted with a personalised "VIPHive" marketing campaign at the sister brand RoboCat, where I had disclosed a documented gambling addiction and had my account closed in 2025. This timing is, in my view, not coincidental.

Golisimo's support (staff member "Despina") is the same individual who has handled my correspondence at RoboCat, which is consistent with the shared Zendesk support-account identifier ("X-Zendesk-From-Account-Id: 243254d") found in original email headers across five brands operated under Stellar Ltd. (Company No. 15789, Anjouan).

I have submitted a GDPR Art. 15 disclosure request for my full account and transaction data, which remains unfulfilled at the time of writing. I could not find evidence of an active licence recognised in Germany for this brand.

I made a €50 deposit to Golisimo, but the transaction appeared on my bank statement as “ITMXLX*50.00 EUR – London GBR”, rather than under the casino’s name. This made it difficult for me to identify the payment.

I contacted Golisimo to ask who processed the transaction and why this descriptor was used. I also asked for details of the company operating the casino and its gambling licence. Their reply cited terms about third-party payment processing and said a refund was unavailable because the deposit had been used for betting. It did not answer my questions about the payment descriptor or identify the entity behind it.

I am sharing my experience so other customers know to check how their deposits appear on their statements. I would welcome a clear, specific response from Golisimo.

Molto probabilmente hanno avuto dei ritardi per le numerose richieste di prelievo.

Golisimo casino is a big scam ! Do not play here at all and all their sister companies.

I made a deposit with no problems at all but as soon as it came to withdrawal they keep stalling and saying it will be processed within the 3 business days and as soon as it hits the 4th day they cancel my withdrawal. When asked they just say there was an error while processing and then I was asked to resubmit my withdrawal . Surprisingly it got cancelled again and was asked to use bank transfer as withdrawal and guess what , again it got rejected to technical issues .

They they say to try again using the method and if it declines they will process my withdrawal manually . My withdrawal of $2500 is pending withdrawal atm so we’ll see how this goes .

I have requested a withdrawl on May 19th and have been told 19 different excuses as to why they can’t pay and the money still sits there to be cancelled very shady site do not play they keep telling you they’re doing the best etc etc all lies do not reccomend they are super sketchy and don’t pay players I am awaiting 1500$

Nachdem ich dort 2000€ verzockt habe ohne was zu gewinnen hab ich mein konto vor 3 monaten dauerhaft sperren lassen und drum gebeten meine Daten zu lösche. Das konto wurde gesperrt und es mir per mail bestätigt.

Nun hat mann ohne meine Erlaubnis das Konto wieder aktiviert, und schickt mir werbemails die mich wieder zum glückspiel animieren sollen!
