False advertising- said I wouldn’t get charged for a free month. Instead I was charged the full year £54.00 and then refused a refund. So angry and disappointed with this. Will not be continuing to use this app.

just based on new update doesnt keep the app open on screen when in use on my samsung watch anymore!
why would you stop this?

Really frustrating trying to feed back about issues when AI wants several levels of explanation before you can get to a person, and keeps evading direct requests for an actual person.

For about the past two years Strava loses signal halfway round many of my activities - hillwalking, cycling, paddleboarding, walking - doesn't seem to matter whether I'm up a hill or in a city.

Now looking for other options to track activities and log routes - certainly other options that do NOT use AI for 'chatting' and cannot seem to solve even the most basic request. Human contact should not be gatekept by a programme that clearly doesn't understand the advantage of human intelligence.

I’ve been using Strava for a while now and honestly really like it. The functionality is great, everything feels smooth, and I like how they keep adding new sports and activities pretty fast (they even added padel not that long ago).

The only sad thing is Ukrainian localization. It’s not a big deal for me personally, but a few of my friends struggled with it and didn’t stick with the app because of that.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Strava.

I was charged for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for, tied to an account I don’t even use—and there’s zero activity on it. I reached out to support to explain the situation, expecting at least a proper review, but instead my concern was brushed off without real investigation.

If you stop paying for your subscription, you'll constantly have trouble making trips. They're constantly being ignored. What a shame!

Kind of surprised how bad the comments are. I regularly use Strava to record my trail runs and it’s always very useful. Movement tracking is precise, and the app is user-friendly. However, the Strava Clubs functionality doesn’t work well for me… I have trouble seeing who’s in what club.

Asks you for some login code by e-mail. So why do we have a password then?! FFS I don't want to go to my mail every time I log in. I never asked for this. Also motivates you to share every ride, every place you have been. What about privacy? Dataleaks happen... I don't like this app because of that. THE IRONY. To submit this review I have to enter a code from my email AGAIN! And this one is not in my inbox within the first few minutes... Talk about selective censorship.. - 2 stars...

I tried the app for a month for free. They wanted to keep charging me but with the help of Chat GPT it helped me avoid getting charged. I tracked pickleball, snow shoeing,hiking & walking activities.
First, it was terrible for tracking pickleball games. I play 5-7 games and it kept pausing and not recording the complete time. I realized it was better to record in one session if the wait time was no more 5-10 min. On snow shoeing, the app indicate an incorrect mileage as my friend was using All Trails app which was more accurate. On hiking, the same thing happened where GPS would pause. The other bad issue is the app runs down your phone. When you look at the Strava website they show only 5 star rating but when I tried to leave a poor rating they didn’t include it.

Wish i could give stava a 0. Fourth time it does not sync my exercises. Picked up a problem...

Strava sucks!!! ...cancel your sub and dont give them any money, they keep flagging my activities for no valid reason, it is very glitchy doesnt show my heart rate and other activitiesyet i have working heart rate monitor and working multiple gps linked to my devices which works but not on strava.
certain people are cheating on the segments and have unhuman like times on the leaderboards, the stats are fake.
i got threatened by support in the way of being banned for their glitchy software wrongly flagging my activities even though i clearly mark them properly.

Although most of the reviews here are overwhelmingly negative, I had a very positive experience with Strava’s Support Desk. My account was locked after it was announced that logging in with Facebook would be discontinued. Logging in with Gmail resulted in an empty account. It was impossible to resolve this on my own.

After a brief email exchange, I received a clear step-by-step plan explaining how to fix the issue. The result is that I can now access all my data using my Gmail account — absolutely great.

If you’re experiencing the same issue, contact them by email. Explain the situation step by step, and I’m convinced they will provide the same proper solution.

I use Garmin for years, downloaded Strava to sync activities but honestly, my experience is very bad. I was logged out from my mobile app, my account locked and I get message: “ You are not authorized to log onto the Strava platform. Please contact our Support team.” . This is utter rubbish and poor design. Also even if I disabled email notifications, I get roughly 10-20 emails per day with their spam messages. Have you guys lost your mind? I would give zero start if I could. Not worth to use, horrible app from category “JUNK”. Please avoid. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've had numerous legitimate activities flagged by Strava - not done in a vehicle, no GPS error and Strava support have refused to unflag these.

I can't even measure myself against other users because Strava keeps flagging my activities. Surely the whole point is to measure fitness and see where we are on leaderboards.

I will not be subscribing to such a poor app

I keep receiving spam from Strava just because I downloaded their app. My email notifications are turned off. I have disabled everything, yet I still keep receiving spam emails from Strava. I contacted customer care, and they said, “Unfortunately, our team is unable to help you with that.” What kind of company doesn’t allow you to unsubscribe from their emails and just keeps sending spam? Horrible

Iscritto a Strava scopro, mio malgrado, che altri iscritti usano nominare segmenti ( tratti di strada o sentiero su cui gareggiare ) con nomi impropri e non conformi alle regole di Strava:
"Naming Conventions:
Segment names should be appropriate and descriptive, avoiding offensive or misleading terms".
Nei miei allenamenti trovo segmenti con nomi offensivi:

Pipino te an...
e altri anche peggiori.
E'possibile che un società seria consenta, non cancelli e non prenda provvedimenti nei confronti di chi pubblica simili oscenità?
