I've purchased two bags from Strathberry and couldn't be happier with them! The mosaic bag is practical, unique and gorgeous and top notch quality. The midi tote is another stunner and wonderful for evenings out and when you want to take your outfit to the next level. Love them both and receive compliments every time I use them. The midi-tote was delivered in 2 days (I live in Canada) and beautifully packaged, accompanied with a red wallet as a gift. Thank you Strathberry!

The online ordering process is very easy, and the items are delivered very fast. The quality of the leather is truly amazing and the design is classic, but the price is really reasonable compared to other high end designer bags.

My first experience was a bit bumpy because my bag had a small issue that bothered me (my husband wanted to gift me something special and chose Strathberry). We contacted customer service, and they were incredibly quick and friendly. They carefully checked the replacement bag to make sure it arrived spotless and it did!

Shipping was super fast, and exchanging the bag was completely hassle-free (customs wasn’t an issue either). They even followed up with us afterward, which pleasantly surprised me.

I absolutely love the Kite bag and can’t wait to wear it! I’ve always wanted a gorgeous suede leather bag, even though suede can be delicate, but I’m really glad I chose Strathberry because their service was excellent.

The bag was significantly smaller than expected and unfortunately did not even fit my phone.

I returned my entire order #190703 in November, following all return instructions exactly. In December, customer support informed me that they would look into the issue and investigate it with FedEx. Since then, I have received no updates and no refund.

I do not know where my returned order is now — whether it was lost or delivered — but I returned it correctly and fulfilled my responsibility as a customer.
Any issues with the courier should not be used as a reason to delay my refund.

Months have passed with no resolution, no communication, and no money returned.

This situation has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I want to resolve this matter as soon as possible, but the lack of communication and accountability makes that impossible.
I expected a lawful and professional service, and instead I’ve been left disappointed and out of pocket.

UPDATE (21st FEBRUARY ):
It has now been several more days since my original review, and there have still been no updates, no communication, and no refund regarding order #190703.

Despite returning the entire order in November and being told in December that the issue would be investigated with FedEx, nothing has changed. I have not received any clarification about the status of my return or my money.

This ongoing lack of response and resolution is extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for a proper explanation and a full refund.

The issue with order #190703 is still not resolved. Despite my previous updates and repeated attempts to obtain clarification, I have received no meaningful response, no explanation regarding the status of my returned package, and no refund.

Quality of the goods was very good - unfortunately the experience was let down as the handbag was not delivered to my property on time and was left elsewhere.

For luxury goods I had expected the delivery would be with care to my fully enclosed farmhouse porch

Beautifully packaged bag. The leather initially had a very strong chemical smell which is gradually wearing off. The construction, quality and design of the bag is top class. Will definitely by from Strathberry again.
