Strata Girl Natalie!

The young lady I spoke with Natalie was amazing. I had a lots of questions and she walked me through them and filling out paperwork online. She was always super pleasant every time I spoke with her and so helpful, She also returned my calls promptly and I really appreciated that. You need to keep this girl!

I was fortunate enough to get to talk…

I was fortunate enough to get to talk to Melissa Stead today. At 76, I struggle with on-line account issues and she was both patient and clear and helped me resolve a very frustrating issue of my e-mail not working. I was then able to do the required withdrawal, based on my age, so that I will be right with the requirements for this type of savings account. Thank you Melissa! They should give you a raise!

Grieving Widow

I lost my husband 5 months ago and have been trying to open my own account to transfer his precious metals. I struggled getting help every time I called Strata until today. Heather was the nicest, most helpful person I spoke with in all my interactions with Strata. She helped me entirely complete the application and set my expectations for the next steps. I initially decided to invest with…

I initially decided to invest with Stratatrust, excited about the potential returns, and made my first deposit to start. However, I have encountered some concerning issues since then. For one, I’ve noticed that when it’s time to reinvest and grow my income, the company often requires additional fees, which weren’t clearly disclosed upfront.

Recently, I was told that the website was undergoing an "upgrade," and in order to continue, I needed to deposit more money to migrate to the new platform. This request felt a bit suspicious, as it wasn't mentioned in the beginning, and I’m unsure if this is a legitimate upgrade or a way to pressure me into investing more.

While I’m still waiting to see how things unfold, I’m hesitant and frustrated by these unexpected fees and requirements. I would advise others to be cautious and carefully assess the terms before committing further funds. Transparency and communication are key, and so far, Stratatrust has fallen short in that regard.

I had to change, reset, my password, and it took me several minutes to do it. She was so great and sweet with her patience, and she’s the type of employee, or granddaughter I would love to have!!

If I could give this company a zero

If I could give this company a zero, I would. With gold ever on the rise, we thought it would be a good investment. Strata’s holding fees are high and then when you want to check on your investment, you can’t get anyone to respond to you. Horrible communication. They act like they can’t help you or they just don’t want to help you. Very antiquated system of investment. No online presence of checking your investment, so you are in the dark about what your investment is worth. I would run from this company. The price of gold had risen from the time we had invested, but we lost thousands when we decided to pull out.
