Strata is as-advertised (and Cory -- not-with-an-e -- rocks)

I've enjoyed every interaction with Strata from the onboarding to the day-to-day customer support and technology. Most things in life that seem too good to be true often are; not Strata -- it is as-advertised. Just talked to Cory (no 'e'), and he was the perfect mixture of helpful, friendly, and efficient - but not fake or "plastic". I got my questions simply and immediately answered, and actually felt better after I got off the phone. I was actually thinking after the call, "How can I improve how I interact with people to be more like Cory? Super friendly and helpful while also so genuine?" I'm not sure I've actually ever had a customer support interaction as positive...ever.

Heather was awesome she stayed with me…

Heather was awesome she stayed with me through the whole process of fixing an error on my original documents being not electrically savvy it helped because my documents would not upload she found another way and helped me complete the process she was kind patient and a big blessing ❤️

I couldn’t be happier…

I experienced some difficulties with updating my account information, but Aliyah Jackson with Strata stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the entire process. I did it all from my phone which is not the tool of choice; so I made some mistakes and had to repeat certain steps. Aliyah was patient, steadfast, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have succeeded without her help with my level of technical ignorance. She was terrific, and I commend Strata for employing her and offering the timely, important, and extremely useful help for clients like me.

This company has a helpful website, but I believe that the customer service is the most helpful I've worked with. They don't keep you on hold or keep switching between departments or persons. Everyone I spoke to was polite, informative and patient with my questions.

I called in IRATE

I called in IRATE. Acting a total fool, furious about Allegiance Gold setting up an account under my name without authorization. I was working with Allegiance Gold for months trying to rollover some of my 401k into gold through an IRA. After this was found out to be impossible AG still went ahead opening an account with STRATA using my personal information. I was ghosted by Allegiance Gold, still am to this day. I called into your company furious my credit was being harmed by a payment I did not approve or agree to. I assumed like a moron that this was STRATA. And I needed to inform you of your customer service staying clam, cordial and professional as I lost my mind. Once your employee Natalie calmed me down, she handled the situation with grace and immedate action was taken. I BELIEVE ALLEGIANCE GOLD IS A MASSIVE SCAM! BE WEARY OF THEM.

Not your normal situation and Long overdue!

Good Day

Since August 2024 I have dealt with a number of departments and people within Strata. RMD, Deposits, Change of address, Establishing a Portal after becoming the POA for my brother's account. The challenges were major as he was in a Skilled Nursing Facility in another part of the state. He also was a hoarder with No filing system and tons of lost, disorganized or misplaced documents.

Strata's security systems protecting his IRA account, required signatures, documents, etc. can't be beat.

Nor can the training Client Service Associates receive. I spoke and worked with Corey Cooper, Jeannette Ortiz, Sandra Maldonado along with Heather Kostroun, and Ann. I neglected to write Ann's last name however she was overwhelming helpful in the fall of 2024 correcting changes on documents needed for my brothers signature. All of these people have been professional, compassionate and helpful.

However, Heather herself is a breath of fresh air. It became readily apparent to me in her tone of voice during conversations and questions that she has a genuine desire and joy to help assist her clients. Her understanding and support in customer service have been much appreciated !

Well Beyond Expectations

Strata Trust is going well beyond their requirements in assisting me with some unique issues with an investment. I have always found their fees very reasonable. But, this recent effort has been very very helpful. And the assistance came from customer service through the management level. Cannot say enough about the service.

Solid Service from a Trustworthy Company
