Knowledgeable and helpful engineer
We had our Gazco fire serviced by Reza yesterday afternoon. He gave my partner a call to let him know when he would be arriving (45 minutes notice). Reza was meticulous and updated me about any issues as he worked. He checked with me before proceeding with replacing a part, informing me of the cost in advance. He tided up afterwards leaving the fire and the surrounding area spotless. After completing the service Reza gave me some very helpful tips to ensure the fire works at its best. I would recommend this company if you need to have your Gazco fire serviced or repaired.

Excellent Repair and Customer Service
Just had a repair to our electric fire carried out by Stovax Gazco. The engineer Tim arrived on time and provided the highest level of customer service. He was extremely professional and polite and was able to diagnose the fault and carry out the repair easily. He also cleaned the fire and removed all mess and packaging. It was out of warranty and the price was reasonable and fair. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Great experience from Gazco engineer Jon Thompson. Jon arrived within the allocated time slot and called ahead of visit. Jon Thompson came to fix my fire and the level of customer service he provided was excellent. He advised my fire needed a service and swapped me from a rolling repair fee to a fixed service fee which saved me money and my fire is fixed.
Couldnt recommend the service enough, thank you Gazco and Jon!

Excellent service and my fires are all sorted!
I was previously prompted to write a negative review as I was so frustrated by the way I was treated by Gazco customer service. I am now pleased to say that Gazco did help me in the end. A very helpful engineer attended and assessed what new parts were required. These were ordered and he came back on Friday to repair and service two of my fires. The engineer was extremely helpful. Thank you.

We really appreciate that you have taken the time to revisit Trust pilot to write a new review.
We had been disappointed that you felt initially your experience with us had not been at the high quality we take pride in, but as explained at the time, due to an exceptionally busy Autumn season our lead-times were longer than anticipated.
It is therefore lovely to hear that the wait was worthwhile, and our expert engineer not only resolved the issue you were having with the fire (quickly ordering parts and organising a revisit) but also did a full service on your other appliances. Leaving you to sit back and enjoy all three fires over the Christmas period.
I would suggest going forward that you perhaps book our engineer for the fires annual services to keep them in full working order. But would suggest that you make the request at the end of September/early October to reduce the risk of a delay in a visit.
I will pass on your positive comments to the relevant engineer as I know he will be pleased that you are happy with his work.

Kenny arrived right on time and explained he had Adam with him who was training. I was kept up to date during their visit and was then advised repair was not possible that day as a part needed ordering. Happy with Kenny’s explanation and he ensured a return visit would be possible before Christmas. Kenny went above and beyond in helping get my fire issue resolved. I had complete trust in him and I am very grateful for all he did. Both he and Adam are a great asset to your company.

We do try, where possible, to fix any issue on the first visit but if the part required is not standard Van stock, we do at times have to order the parts and arrange a re-visit. We always try and get our engineers back to site as quickly as we can, and therefore I am pleased that we managed to resolve the issue by Christmas so you could sit back and enjoy the fire during the festive period.

Great Service - Great Customer Experience
Kenny the Stovax-Gazco engineer arrived on time and was well prepared and organised to resolve the issue. The service and part replacement took some time however was a thourough job. Kenny expained what the problem was and said what he had done to improve performance ongoing (new updated part). Tidy and clean job done and Kenny even had time to wish me a merry Christmas.. we will do, now the Gas/log burner is back up and running...improved and full serviced.
