The prompt response to my concerns is what this company great. I will also like to suggest that you don’t deduct someone’s money like you did to me without the person initiating any move for such deductions

İnternette hediye paketi almak için bir anket doldurdum ve 9,99 Euro ödedim.Şirkette hiç bir hazırlık olmayınca müşteri hizmetlerini arayarak Jamal adında biri ile mesajlaşarak olanı biteni anlattım.Jamal bana çok kibar davranarak 25 Euro kredi açtığını söyledi.Bende sipariş vererek bu krediyi kullandım.Fakat ürün bana ulaşmadı ve tekrar Jamala mesaj çektim,bana ücret iadesi yapacağını söyledi.Kendisini bana yardımcı olduğu için çok teşekkür ederim.

SCAM
Clicked through a Facebook link (silly I know) for a discounted item.
Then received a cheery email from them saying I was a gold member with their company and they would be taking nearly 50 Euros from the card I'd used to pay for the £3 item I purchased.
Contacted them to say I'd not signed up for a membership of anything - they said they would initiate a cancellation of the account I hadn't even signed up for!
The cancellation takes 14 days evidently, and during that time any charges to my account would be taken from my card!!!
Nope, unlucky... I've cancelled my card and the bank has been informed they are a fraudulent scam company.

Depuis une pub sur insta j'ai voulu acheté ce produit sur borner.com.
Dans le panier j'avais bien le produit. J'ai fait l'achat et j'ai été redirigé vers ce site storytoyclub en ne remerciant d'avoir acheté une membership que j'avais jamais vu.
J'ai contacté le support pour annuler cette membership et demander un remboursement.
Ils m'annulent la membership mais ils me remboursent pas en disant que je dois utiliser les credits.
J'essaie de faire un achat mais les crédits en question avaient eux aussi disparu. J'ai fait une demande par mail et j'espère pouvoir avoir mon remboursement.

I paid double amount and still don't know what was it for. But their services are good hence I would advise them to tell us what is the money for.

I was not informed about additional charges being deducted from my account but with Raj assistance he helped me to cancel the subscription and assisting me step by step to ensure i get the best service possible.. thanks Raj I really appreciate it

They sent me a phishing email with a congratulation with my birthday from a well known local company. I believed it was a local brand because it was designed exactly the way they do. They pretended to be ready to send a small birthday gift which companies here often do. However in my credit card statement was a completely different company name from a scam company based in Cyprus. I realised that my CC was compromised and immediately blocked it.
I also requested a refund and after few emails they reacted with the offer to make a refund in exchange to a 5 star review here - f--k off!!! That's such an inappropriate way of doing business!

replace your cc if you want to get rid of them.
