I had no idea I was a member and I was just been deducted some money.

I was initially unhappy about the way the recruit went about as it portrayed there is a free parcel to receive but need to pay for the delivery only to find that it was a subscription for a club that was not disclosed.
what made the experience great is the consultant was willing to hear the side of my story and refund the money taken from my account. going forward it is advisable that the company becomes transparent so that one makes an informed decision. thank you!!

I was worried no one was giving me a clarification about what was happening but this agent made me understand and was very patient with me.

Agradezco tu atención y pronta respuesta , te comento gracias por el reembolso que me estás gestionando te hago el comentario que por cuestiones de seguridad mi banco me realizó cambio de plástico es decir ya no cuento con la terminación 4219 , dime cómo podemos hacer para que se me aplique ese reembolso.

J'ai annulé mon inscription ,car je ne l'ai jamais demandé.
j'ai frauduleusement été dirigé sur votre site,après avoir été invité par mon fournisseur internet SFR, de transferer mes points de fidélité en cadeaux.
il s'agit d'une escroquerie!
je contacte ma banque, le service des fraudes et la police pour suivre cette affaire
