The initial video was exceptional. There were several items that needed adjustments and they did an exceptional job of creating video that met what was needed but these revisions made the video even better.

My movie trailer was GREAT! The artist did an Amazing job of turning graphite illustrations into photo realistic images and then animating them. My only critique is NOT the artist, it’s the fact that the company advertised a book trailer, but expects the Customer to write the copy!!! I hired a professional company to create a trailer….that Includes copy!!!!

I'm a repeat customer, and I was very impressed with the first trailer they created for my book. What impressed me even more about this second trailer was how seamlessly they continued the visual theme from the first, right down to the patches on the soldiers' uniforms. The team is nice, but I didn't get what I needed
The team is nice and very organized. I got the script creation in addition to the video hoping their team would know all the best and most advanced methods and hooks to make the video really stop scrolling and win customers. Instead, I got a script that I could have easily done on my own with GPT, so I do not recommend that. Also, while I specifically requested a video that followed the Amazon ad guidelines, they didn't follow that and I received a video that I can't use. Any additional change would mean doing another video entirely for another $300. So, I basically ended up with a video that I'll have to edit and fix the format on my own. For small changes, they let you do only 3, so be detailed in your briefing.
