Received a delivery yesterday, a sofa from King Living, great communication from the delivery team. The chaps were polite, respected our property, delivered & installed the new sofa with ease. Great service, thank you.

Very friendly and professional from start to finish. The delivery team phoned before arriving to let us know they were on their way. Care was taken to ensure no unnecessary mess or damage to the floors by putting mats down. The delivery team waited until we were completely satisfied before leaving. Excellent service!

The only issue was my with the guys but the fact for £45 delivery I'm left to unpack the furniture & now make a trip to the skip with the huge box etc that's my only complaint due to high delivery cost of free delivery then you expect that was disappointing.

The delivery driver came an hour early. Carried everything though and when they had some trouble taking one of the backs of the sofa of the welcomed my help. All in all nice people.

We had an amazing experience with Tom and Connor, they were so lovely, helpful and professional. The sofa was delivered very rapidly within the time slot and they went above and beyond to get the sofa through our (narrow!) doorways. They were prompt and efficient and would highly recommend! Really friendly

We had two sofas delivered from a local furniture store. We received a text the day before the delivery to give us a 2 hour delivery window. On the day we also received a phone call to say that they would be with us in 20 minutes. On arrival they were polite, professional and helpful. After setting up the sofas they took away all packaging and waste.

I had an early delivery, was given a 2 hour time slot the night before and in the morning had a text pin pointing the delivery time to within 5 mins. The chaps were very polite and efficient, they set up my new furniture in record time.

14/5/26 - When my sofa was delivered and being built the person dropped the sofa and put a hole in my room wall, what a joke.
21/5/26 - Store2door stated that they would respond to me within 48 hours, but as expected I have not had a response and therefore require details of their Public Liability Insurance to make a claim for the damage to my property.

Sofa was delivered today. Excellent service. The guy and gal were brilliant, really polite, friendly, installed quickly and neatly.

Excellent service from Connor and Dan with our King sofa delivery. Communication around the delivery was superb. We had a bit of parking issue (my fault) but both were so kind and accommodating. The delivery itself to our higher floor flat was smooth and quick and both always had a smile on the whole time doing the job. Definitely a 5 star.
