Five star delivery service from our delivery team, Shaun and Matt, at Store 2 Door. Very friendly and professional from start to finish. The delivery team phoned before arriving to let us know they were on their way. Care was taken to ensure no unnecessary mess or damage to carpets by putting mats down from the house entrance to where we wanted the sofa based. The delivery team waited until we were completely satisfied before leaving. Excellent service!

I had my Furniture Village dining table delivered on 7 October, and this was my third delivery experience with Furniture Village. My first one about two years ago was a bit of a nightmare (couldn’t remember it’s by furniture village delivery team or other delivery company), but this time was completely different.

The delivery was handled by Store2Door, with Jason and Rosie — they were absolutely brilliant. They dismantled and removed my old table, then set up the new one efficiently. Both Jason and Rosie were polite, professional, and worked really well together. They took great care with every step, paying attention to both the furniture and my home.

The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. I honestly can’t fault them at all. Highly recommended!

I have to say Store to Door made what could be a stressful day easy. The guys were at our house at 7am as agreed. They worked tirelessly and always in good humour. If they weren’t sure about something they asked what we wanted done. They solved issues brilliantly. They went above and beyond. I really can’t recommend them more. I’m never going to move again but if I did I would use S2D unreservedly. I will also recommend to anyone who needs a house move done

Saul and Lewis from Store2door delivered my new mattress this morning. They arrived in excellent time, were friendly and polite, and worked quickly. I appreciated them checking if I wanted the plastic wrapper removed, as that saved me a job. They were an efficient team.

Just had a delivery of a chair from Furniture Village today delivered by Store2Door, Steve and Tom. Delivery was very efficient. Steve and Tom were polite and efficient and put down cover sheets on the hall carpet to stop treading the rain inside. They rang before arrival and arrived at the agreed time. Assembly of the chair was quick and efficient.

This is the first time I am experiencing a delivery company going above and beyond. They brought the sofas, coupled them and ensured they were in perfect conditions while maintaining professionalism and respect. I will always recommend them and thanks to Bogdan and Alex for being awesome!

Steve and Rhys delivered my sofa and chairs from Furniture Village. They telephoned me half an hour beforehand to let me know when to expect them. They were very efficient and respectful of my property. They put the furniture where I wanted it and made sure I was happy with it. They removed and took away all packaging. I would highly recommend them

Had a delivery of a table today from Store2door through Furniture Village. Arrived as advised at correct time and day.Saul and Lewis were brilliant. They erected the table and made sure it was level. Great service. Many thanks

Steve and Rhys delivered our furniture on behalf of Furniture Village , they called me
about 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way, very polite and efficient team, respected our property when coming into the house as new carpet had been fitted the day prior , they positioned our furniture and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. Thank you guys .

This company delivered my DFS furniture today. They arrived well after the time given. My delivery was supposed to be no 2 but 1,3,4,5 and 6 were delivered before mine. Two men arrived the younger one was polite and pleasant, the older one was rude. I ordered the furniture but he walked past me and introduced himself to a man that was in my house with me. He ripped the underside of my armchair quite badly when connecting the feet. I was checking for damage and he said very loudly “she trying to get money off now”. When they were finished he went to the man with me and got him to sign for the furniture which he had not ordered. This man obviously has a problem with woman.

Steve and Matthew were excellent - delivered our mattress and even helped carry it up the stairs!
