I decided to order the Aegis Legend 5 kit in red. After almost two weeks I messaged asking where my order was. I got a response that the color i chose was out of stock and wouldn't be available another 2 months . I didn't get an email letting me know of this, I didn't see a warning during check out, and I didn't see a warning on the website. I feel this is highly unprofessional of any company. After chatting I was able to get another color instead of red but by the time I get it, 3 weeks will have passed. I ordered this because of retarted Wisconsins new vape laws, I cannot just pop in and get a new vape mod when my last one broke. Thanks for depriving me of nicotine for 3 weeks.

I have made several purchases with Geekvape and all went well ...until this time. I made (and prepaid) an order and it has been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my order.
...but they want me to make a review? well, i would rather pay what amounts to about the same at my local vape?smoke shop than wait a month to receive my order.

I tried to cancel order multiple times and they just started shipping it yesterday so no stars of i could. I will never deal with geekvape through the online store again. I will go through the 3rd party smoke shops. At least there is can get ahold of a party

It's been been two months on my pre order...and It says it's shipped..But the shipping co. doesn't have any info of the shipment or it's location.... customer service is closed during the times I'm available to contact them

Now, I'm expecting my device to arrive this coming Tuesday!! 10/28/25!!

So, I got an email stating my items were shipped. The tracking number provided is invalid. I contacted support about it and they stated that my items were pre ordered…which means they will ship at a later date as clearly marked on their website. That was not the case, matter of fact, I got the items I did because they were marked as available. The initial item I wanted was marked as pre order and that is why I had passed on it. The review is a 1 star not because I had to wait for a pre order, rather because my money was taken and now I’m being lied to. That’s not cool at all and I do not think I will do business with geekvape again to be honest…you know, because I have the integrity to be honest unlike geekvape. Update. They said ups delivered my order, but I never got it. Signature was supposed to be provided upon delivery and the proof of delivery did not have my order any signature for that matter and the picture was a blurry one of the front of my house. I tell the support team that, and they stand by UPS’s proof of delivery saying that it was in my mailbox….which it wasn’t the proof of delivery does not reflect it, and no signature collected at delivery. So now I’m out my money and I got no order….this site is a scam at best….i wished I put it on my credit card so I could dispute it….that would be my advice if you decide to order from here. I’m gonna dispute it with my bank but that is a pain in the rear when it’s on the debit card. Never will use them again. They did ship my product but UPS stole it and they don’t seem to care, because they got paid. Customer service for this company is pure garbage.
Never received my order, no notification for over 20 business days.

Needed a coil. Buying directly from Geekvape actually took 3x longer than the third party website we ended up going with. We bought from two places on the same day at the same time. And now, we’re already going to need to replace the coils bought from a third party before these even got shipped. Purchased on 9/9 and shipped on 10/20. Still waiting on the delivery.
I ordered some coils in Oct. 6th and it's now the 19th and still have not received my order. The customer service is a joke. I will NOT order again
