I called to see what was taking 2 weeks to ship my product. I found out they were waiting for to come in. Once in a relieved my product the next day. Really happy with the product. Cyber weld has a good customer service.

The plasma torch wasn't in stock but shipped fairly quick it was easy to install and was the cheapest price I could find

I needed some replacement face shields for my grinding shield. After checking sources, I found CyberWeld to be the best price and I could get 2 with shipping for the same cost as one anywhere else!! Nice.

Replacement mig welder gun fit perfectly and was made in the USA!

I received my welder with a messed up port for the mig gun to plug into. Cyberweld just told me to drop it off somewhere that services lincoln welders. So now it's 4 hours of driving just to be able to use something I bought brand new.

I ordered my item in 01-26-23 and still has not arrived. No one has contacted me to explain.

Placed order on 1/27,corrected info on 2/2,on 2/20 tried calling 4 times before someone finally picked up the phone and then the young lady that helped me said was sending me a tracking number by email,which i never received,she told me my package was being sent ups today2/20 and i should receive it by Friday and i did,communication needs alot of work.

You had what I needed and very easy to check-in and check out.
