Very clean, temperature controlled. Easy access. Plenty of hand trucks. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. Staff was amazing.

Alex was very professional and very informative. He made everything very easy and Smooth. My past experience with other storage facilities has been very Frustrating, to say the least. I am very happy that I upgraded from old unit I had yesterday a with different crowd.

Anthony and dan made everything so easy and were such a big help would recommend to anyone storage area very clean and temp very comfortable it was about 92degrees today but once you were inside it was great the unpacking from car using there flat bed trucks to put every on was great absolutely 5stars!!!!

I had a really great experience, starting with Maria from the call center to Alex at the storage center. Moving is always hectic, but dealing with a company that understands the process make it a lot easier. Thank you to Maria and Alex, you guys are life savers!!!

Not enough trolleys to move things. The attendant was nice but he was the only one there without any help. I also requested a temperature controlled unit, was told I would get one and when I arrived it was not one (also none were available).

Your contact email is totally incorrect. I did NOT purchase a storage unit. I already sent you an email which, apparently, you totally ignored. Therefore, if I ever wanted to get a storage unit, I would definitely NOT deal with you company. Get your act together!

Jose in the yonkers location assisted me extremely well. I had many questions and concerns and he helped clear everything up for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will continue to be a customer of this Storage Post location because of the customer service.

I have been a tenant at 32 Grand Ave since 2011 and I can't imagine housing my inventory anyplace else. The convenience of the location is important but the level of service is unparalleled and I attribute that to the manager Fred. Under his direction the staff is courteous and eager to provide excellent customer service. Once the construction if finished it will be even better than it was when I first walked in the door in 2011.
