The staff Kelly & Beau could not of been more helpful. They are up front and warm show you around. Not like the opposition in they just give a receipt and you find your shed in maze. These ladies are excellent in customer service. Well done Churchill I am already spreading the word.

Overall awesome experience
The lady at the counter was so helpful with everything. She made sure we understood everything, including the way the code is entered onto the pad and also informed us we had Access to the bathroom facilities and directed us to the location
Air conditioning is amazing and felt more at ease our furniture will be sitting in cooled air
Overall we are pleased with your service

The information I received was clear to understand and the service was friendly and concise. The procedures for entering and leaving the storage complex were clearly explained and every step shown personally by the manager.
