I found the staff to be extremely helpful. Mark, the manager at Blacktown storage, keep asking questions to be able to gauge what size shed I would need. It didn't take him long to find the right one for what I needed. I would recommend Storage King to my friends definitely.

So far my experience has been great. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Unit great space and easy to pack up with all the extras storage king Blacktown has! Also fairly priced compared to competitors

The Staff, Mark the store manager knows his job very well, when I was looking for a storage space for our household goods, he knew exactly what our needs and concerns were and recommended a space we are happy with, also the advise as to how to store goods to maximise the space.., top bloke all round.

I had a storage unit there a couple of years ago. They where very helpful and to this day they are still every nice people

I was never told that I had to give two weeks notice to move my assets from storage. As a result, I lost a substantial amount of the deposit I made when I moved my assets from Storage King. When I raised this up with Storage King Blacktown, I was told that even though they may not have told me about it, it was mentioned in the terms and conditions. Very strange, as everything else was discussed and explained to me clearly except this bit.
I was promised that the remainder of my deposit would be refunded back to my account in two weeks which I was not happy with. It's close to the end of two weeks and when I rang Storage King for an update, I was told it could take up to four weeks now. I explained to the lady who took the call that this was not acceptable and that I wanted the refund immediately. I was told categorically that there was nothing she could do except follow up as it was a different area of Storage King that dealt with refunds. She could not even provide me with a number to call to escalate this.

Lockup storage places on the ground are all much the same. What does make the difference is the staff. The Blacktown location, I think, has the most courteous and helpful staff I have ever come across.
