Another terrible organisation belonging to the glazer family only fools get involved

I purchased a backpack that I customized for my 5 year old granddaughter. I placed 4 letters on the backpack and Stoney Clover Lane placed a space in between 2 letters. The company is unwilling to do anything to make it right. Very disappointing.

Disgusting customer service and poor customer quality clothing that lasts just one wash. Typical Glazer scum

Horrible quality and experience, would never recommend it to anyone. Avoid this company at any cost.

Worst customer service ever for average products that are way overpriced. No phone number should have been my first clue. The CS rep just ghosts you as soon as they screw you over and there's no way to reach them. Buyer beware.

Stoney clover had been recommended to me through the years via instagram as preppy things are typically my style, I had always declined the interest just because it wasn't anything special.

This time they came out with a collaboration collection with cocacola. Which happens to be one of my favorite things, and I collect coke stuff. So I decided, "let's give stoney clover a chance"

I purchased the Dylan hand bag, and the base ball caps, both in the red coke pattern with smiley faces. The hand bag was 168 dollars and I believe the hat was 68. I ended up spending about 220 dollars all just these two items.

I received them in about a week. Shipping was almost 20 dollars and took a week, I live in florida.

As soon as I open the box, I'm delighted with beautiful presentation and then it's down hill from there. Everything was in plastic wrap and said "manufactured in china" on them. The strap to my purse is plastic leather, not genuine, which is disappointing. & even more disappointing, the bag itself is made of nylon, which came wrinkled, looked in the photos online to be the same material as the handle :( so I was also disappointed.
The hat came as expected, cheap, one size fits on, velcro strap backed hat. The embroidery was nice. "Coca-cola" was on all these products, inside and out as well, which I was expecting for these to be "quality" because of.

Zero stars ! Ordered a “customized” jumbo Fanny pack & BUYER Be aware if you are a size 2 or smaller ( I range from 0-2) this bag will be too big around your waist & basically useless to you !! I chose to customize this bag with the letter MOM not realizing that this would make these bag a FINAL sale item !! I paid over $200 for a bag that I can’t even wear around my waist because it is too big and they only showed how big this bag goes not how small it goes!! I emailed customer service and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience but it’s final sale !! Are you kidding me ??? First and last purchase from this company !! Absolutely horrible !! No where did I see that my purchase would be a final sale item because I customized it !! I didn’t even want my letters sewn to the bag I just wanted to pick my letters !! Horrible marketing for this bag !! So upset and even more upset with how customer service is !!

Such shoddy goods not worth the money,you pay top doller for goods worth a nickel & dime.its like the owners want to rip you off

The roof leaks and the toilets are flooded with urine, run down and abused. Very sad. The owners should be ashamed of themselves

I never write these reviews but honestly this is quite possibly the worst online retail experience I’ve ever had. Products were not as advertised and the customer service was non existent.

Family give other company's a bad deal and steal money from the profits instead of investmening

I went into the store when I saw the glazers milking the fans of mufc for every penny they have while they sit at home putting us in even more debt they both look and smell like a mouldy cornish pasty. #glazersout

Been told it was bad but didn't expect it to be that bad

Issue with my order and they blamed me and refused to fix it. People that work there were incredibly rude and dismissive. Will not purchase from them again.

Awful customer service - product came with a letter fallen off and they wouldn't fix it - directed to FAQ and recommended to a local tailor instead of the company fixing their own faulty product. Rude customer service as well. Would not reccomend.
