As others have clearly stated, this place is obviously having 'issues' and is NOT currently reputable. I ordered over $160 in baby clothes on 3/12 and the order still says: Unfulfilled. I emailed them on 4/1 checking status: A big DUD, nothing. I called and spoke with an agent on 4/2, who assured me that they would FedEx my order and so far, the order still says: Unfulfilled.
So, save time and get your baby things from someone else.

Ordered over a month ago and it’s still stuck at “Waiting for details.” No shipping, no tracking, no communication.

Customer service is essentially nonexistent. No updates, no accountability—just silence after taking payment.

This isn’t a delay, it’s a failure to operate like a legitimate business.

Avoid.

Update: After my original review, I contacted the company again and was told the order would ship by early next week. That deadline has now passed, and once again there has been no shipment, no tracking, and no meaningful update. At this point, this is not just poor service—it is a repeated pattern of empty assurances and missed commitments.

Final Update: The order was placed on March 9 and finally delivered on April 24—over six weeks later.

After placing the order, there was an extended period with no updates or proactive communication. I had to reach out multiple times just to get basic information. When I did, I was given timelines that were not met, including a specific assurance that the order would ship “by early next week,” which passed with no shipment and no follow-up.

Only after repeated follow-ups and posting a public review did communication improve, but even then, the process remained inconsistent. A form of partial compensation was eventually provided, but only after pushing back, and it was initially offered as a discount for a future purchase rather than a direct resolution.

The product itself is nice and as expected, but the overall experience was defined by delays, lack of accountability, and missed commitments. Delivery alone does not make up for the process it took to get there.

As a result, I have updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars to reflect that the order was ultimately delivered, though the overall experience remains below expectations.

I was really excited to order several unicorn-themed items for my niece, as the selection was adorable. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
I placed my order on March 8 but didn’t receive an order confirmation until March 28—only after I followed up. While the website noted shipping could take up to 15 business days, it’s now April 2 and only a small portion of my order has shipped.
Instead of clear updates, I received a lengthy email highlighting their new distribution center, but it didn’t include any timeline for when the rest of my (non-refundable) order will arrive. The lack of communication and delays make this hard to recommend.

I want to say thank you to whomever I spoke with on the phone today, 3/2/26. They were professional, sympathetic to my issue and handled it in a way that I was extremely happy with. I will continue to purchase from this site. Again, thank you.

I ordered 3 items one was a monogam. Very pleased with the time to get the items and the cloths are good quality. Would order again.

I have ordered hundred of gifts. They no longer have all the cute patterns...were they bought out by Disney for crying out loud? So sad.

I recently ordered pajamas for my nephew and couldn’t be more happy. The quality is amazing and they are just as pictured. The customer service I received was great as well.

Keep informing me a AAA emergency kit that I won. I reported them to AAA and the fcc. They are definitely phishing for their business. Buyers beware!

Ordered clothes for new grand daughter on June 30th I changed my mind and immediately wanted to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel because already in process. Been lied to repeatedly. JUST RECEIVED TODAY JULY 16TH. Order was NOT in process when I emailed to cancel. They must be really desperate. Will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER.

I placed an order for my grandson’s birthday for July 13th and order is still unfulfilled. I did receive an email about rating their clothes! How can I do that when I haven’t received the merchandise? I wrote twice and still waiting for a response. Based on all this and the lack of customer service, I won’t use their company again. And I live local.

I purchased several items; all were fun prints. I selected several dresses, a summer onesie, and a two-piece short set, each nicely crafted of soft fabrics and well-made. If you're sending a gift unseen, this store is an excellent company because the receiver will be thrilled to see and feel the quality of a Monica and Andy clothing. Don't worry; their customer service is terrific. And you know good service can make a considerable difference when purchasing and gift-giving items online. Here is my story. I was buying several children's items on sale as gifts for three friends. In doing so, I wanted my order to arrive in time to give at a social event we were all attending. I had questions about ordering my selected items on the website and needed an actual person to assist me. In short, the representative helping me was patient and understanding of my needs by answering all my questions and helping to complete my purchase. As she promised, my shipment arrived in time for gift-giving. 

I had a great experience. While I wish they used UPS or FedEx as their shipper their clothes arrived on time and are beyond adorable. Only one item didn’t fit me I have to send back - rompers are just tough to begin with. The Elsa dress, peeps dress and pink Disney princess dress is our toddlers favorite.

Delayed shipping for 7weeks. Lied about shipping twice and even gave incorrect/phantom tracking. My kid was almost out of the size by the time clothes arrive. The designs look great online but the quality is mediocre and some are poorly constructed. The parent sizes are poorly cut as well.

Terrible experience overall.

I love Monica + Andy- both the base site and their Warehouse. The clothes are great quality, they’re made from safe materials I feel good about using on my baby, they have great sales, and their customer service is excellent. The patterns are also so cute! I made a mistake ordering from their Warehouse one time and they were extremely generous in the resolution. I’m a fan and will continue to buy clothes for my kids and gifts for others from them!

Amazing quality and excellent service. I live near their Lincoln Park store and purchase all of my kids' special occasion outfits there. It's also my go-to newborn gift option.

Very poor customer service: I placed an order 2 weeks ago and the order still hasn’t been processed. Customer service is unable to help and keeps pushing their processing time.
Shipping will take another 2 weeks which means that it takes at least 4 weeks between an order and its delivery.
It’s very unfortunate for high end baby clothes that are supposed to fit for 3 months.

Super cute clothes. Lots of button/snaps though for first time parents! But quality and adorable patterns make it worth it.

The worst experience ever. Long time delivery, wrong sizes, defects and even handwriting notes on textiles. Poor customer service. I hope they’ll have higher standards of quality and service someday. Till that moment I'll be staying away from this store.
