Delivered After 6 Weeks – Product Good, Process Poor
Ordered over a month ago and it’s still stuck at “Waiting for details.” No shipping, no tracking, no communication.
Customer service is essentially nonexistent. No updates, no accountability—just silence after taking payment.
This isn’t a delay, it’s a failure to operate like a legitimate business.
Avoid.
Update: After my original review, I contacted the company again and was told the order would ship by early next week. That deadline has now passed, and once again there has been no shipment, no tracking, and no meaningful update. At this point, this is not just poor service—it is a repeated pattern of empty assurances and missed commitments.
Final Update: The order was placed on March 9 and finally delivered on April 24—over six weeks later.
After placing the order, there was an extended period with no updates or proactive communication. I had to reach out multiple times just to get basic information. When I did, I was given timelines that were not met, including a specific assurance that the order would ship “by early next week,” which passed with no shipment and no follow-up.
Only after repeated follow-ups and posting a public review did communication improve, but even then, the process remained inconsistent. A form of partial compensation was eventually provided, but only after pushing back, and it was initially offered as a discount for a future purchase rather than a direct resolution.
The product itself is nice and as expected, but the overall experience was defined by delays, lack of accountability, and missed commitments. Delivery alone does not make up for the process it took to get there.
As a result, I have updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars to reflect that the order was ultimately delivered, though the overall experience remains below expectations.
