Order was filled and delivered in a reasonable time. However the delivered items did not match the sample we had previously ordered and we have not heard from STD for two business days after reporting the problem.

Tiles were curved, and unusable
Your reply is incorrect. I love the color and design of this tile and have no issue with the look. Unfortunately though, most of the tiles that arrived were curved and not flat, making at least 50% of them unusable for my tile project. I understand that a few tiles may have issues, that’s why I ordered the extra 15%.
There should’ve been better quality control before they were shipped.

I am sorry to hear that you weren`t happy with the look and shape of these tiles.. These tiles are glazed over terracotta body. Purposely gives a rustic look with hand made applications. You can also see these tiles on the website depicting what they look like when installed.

I am sorry to hear that you weren`t happy with shipping charges. Actually, we fixed shipping on mosiac shipments to a flate rate. If you were to order 130sf you would have paid the same mount $99.00. Perhaps next time around..
