The jug & bottle had a meal on Sunday 30th May 21, very good meal & they seem to have it running quite well order at the table, which is working very well.

Our first (by chance) visit to the Stonehouse in Wolverton and so impressed with how beautiful the place is, how big menu is and how great prices are. Most importantly, very considerate staff. They walk around in a hot day bringing bowls of water for all the dogs without people even asking. Food is awesome of course so will be visiting this place often now

Have used the Drumchapel branch many times over the years but this is the first since the first lockdown. My friend and I came for breakfast. We were served by Luke who was so friendly and welcoming, made us feel at ease, and continually served us tea while offering us more food. Very attentive gentlemen which really did make the difference to our visit. A credit to your restaurant. The breakfast was really lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks.

Used Stonehouse restaurants for a long time now, just for breakfast. I'm working in Manchester and I've been using the windmill in Denton. However today I've been for my regular takeaway breakfast and the lady serving asked if it was a regular or large breakfast?? And explained you get a bigger box and more items for your money. As a long term customer I've never come across this at any Stonehouse I've used. So after paying the new price of £6.09 I was given the regular size takeaway box I've been having for 2 weeks. Some of the other staff seemed baffled by this as well as myself.i had the same amount of food I've been getting in my takeaway box's, so have I just been ripped of by the windmill Denton. YES I believe so.

Table service. Ordered two traditional carvery. Tell the chef the meat you want, then you can't get your own vegetables anymore, and they hand the waiter the plate to deliver back to your table. It's too OCD. I am not a virus. It's like nobody is using their common sense anymore, it's just humankind being ruled by fear. What is there to fear? Everyone dies. Also, the food was lukewarm. Overall, too expensive. Slow to remove dirty plates and old glasses / cups.

Visited the Tollgate Coventry Restaurant at lunchtime today with friends, family friendly place to eat, spacious seating, very clean and good range of menu food available. We will be visiting again.

Kings arms battle.
We arrived on time only to be told they couldn't find our booking and it just went from bad to worse. There were only 7 people ( 4 of which left before we ordered ) plus our table of four .Drinks were ordered and instead of bringing the mixer for the vodka to the table entire bottles were poured into single vodkas , not good .
After ordering our our dinner an astonishing 45 minutes elapsed only for us to be told the pizzas had been burt , not surprising considering the chef ( loosely described ) was wandering elsewhere . Then 15 minutes later we watched them start again ( obviously no rush ) burnt again .meanwhile the carvery was drying out unbelievably. Last straw . We did not pay for our drinks because of the disgraceful outcome to our evening .
If this is the best you can do considering the lack of customers there would be no hope when its packed . Needless to say we won't be going back and by the comments from people in the car park neither will they .

COVID is not a excuse to miss treat people! My husband and I went to Ruislip lido with kids. Just to wanted to walk around in a nice warm day. But we decided to get a pizza from them, well one of our kiddos had no shirt (Baby 17months) first staff sat them down, but he wanted just a take away pizza for us to eat outside , then after sometime inside the build another staff came and said they should leave, cuz of the topless , he asked for the manager, someone came saying same thing. He left and my son was shocked (8y old) só he left kids with me and asked for their names , which was omitted.
Never want to go there again!
And I’ve been there before many times over the years , is always busy over summer and messy but once you are at the lido u just wanna eat and go out again. Don’t Judge people by their look. Very disappointed humiliating situation specially when there’s not much to explain for a kid why he could not have a pizza.

Booked a meal at stonehouse pizza and carvery ( the goat Shepperton ) we were the only people in the restaurant dining area now I know why , we went with the intentions of having a pizza as per menu suggested but told due to no staff we are only doing the carvery , we were given each a sheet of paper to order what we wanted to eat and all filled in the forms I ordered the beef and most of the trimmings but just before my wife’s meal came a chef came up and said who ordered the beef I said that was me and told we don’t have beef you have the choice of gammon or turkey only , so now disappointed with no pizzas and now no beef . I said to the guy who sat us down why no beef ? &told we have not had beef for a few months due to COVID ! That don’t make much sense to me to be honest as McDonald’s can still sell burgers and not everything is down to COVID , we used to use this restaurant very regular but Seeing it go down hill over a long time we just decided to give it a lest try but honestly no more , to me a carvery should at least have beef and some staff who can put a pizza in the oven , very disappointed, i think maybe we will use the Toby/ harvester going forward , agreed it was half price main meal but as not having what we wanted and not even told no beef let alone no pizza. meals arriving individually and not together I wish we had moved elsewhere,

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely carvery tonight at the Stonehouse Walsgrave Coventry. We had a friendly welcome, a full explanation of how table service was working and how to place our carvery order. The food was lovely. A few observations, the staff work extremely hard, yet members of the public still try it on with them wanting to enter without wearing masks and then act dumb as if they don’t know they have to wear them to enter the premises. The number of guests who exited through the entrance door was unbelievable even though it clearly said entrance only. The abuse that the members of staff get on a daily basis is embarrassing, they are doing their absolute best in the current clearly quite difficult ever changing circumstances. They do not deserve to be treated in this way. Thank you very much Caroline and the team for a lovely meal and for putting up with the unnecessary abuse that they receive.

Avoid going to the woodend ripley

Then got a email saying it had been cancelled
That was 40 mins wasted
We booked for 20.15
Then got a email saying no food after 20.00
Yet still on there website it says booking until 20.45
Don’t waste your time many better places than them
They don’t deserve custom
We won’t be using any stone houses from now on

Been to the restraunt in Rochdale today with my family, we understand everywhere is extremely busy; however over a hour wait for food is horrendous! We’re a family of 6 & come in here often so to be left without any kind of food for a hour is appalling, I would not recommend if your hungry and expect a fast service as this place doesn’t know what fast is.

I went to the stone house in peace haven today with my partner service was slow waiters were slow and very unprofessional. The waitresses took half our order and ran off my partner didn't even get a chance to say what he would like . We were waiting half an hour just for a drink . My in laws then went this this evening and their pizza was underdone hardly any toppings, burger was burnt and had no chips . Then went they went to complain the waitresses were sitting with their feet up in the restaurant ! Awful ! .sticky tables ! Food not cleared ! And especially in these times ! Have they heard of covid 19 ?! Avoid !

Went to stonehouse carvery and pizza restaurant old wolverton near Milton Keynes for lunch.
They are taking corona virus precautions seriously.
Had the carvery. Food excellent quality and hot. Pudding was seriously good. Service a bit slow hence 4 stars. Very impressed and good value.

Went to stonehouse pizza And carverys Tue 11th August. Booked for 7.00, cold meal arrived at 8.45, half of which was wrong. Not told there was this waiting when ordering, not kept updated whilst waiting, it was disgusting. No apology. All the staff were doing was standing about not doing anything including no cleaning and laughing. Could Not get a dessert , which was only ice cream after meal as Dessert area was closed, considering our meal was late so their fault. Read Facebook about this place and see more remarks. If I could I would not give one star even. Will never go back and neither will anyone I know.

Went to the Northwich stone house for a carvery and it was amazing nicest carvery I’ve had in a long time. We were served by Di who was very friendly and made sure we all felt safe. Thank you once again.

Went to muson gap for breakfast on the 8th of march for our anniversary. Was waiting for bacon to be cooked 15 minutes later we asked if it would be long. A women came from the kitchen after about another 5 minutes and we said its taken a long time. Her reply was if you can do it any quicker feel free. So I went be returning with that attitude.

A group of us came for lunch on 29th december and had an excellent meal , friendly staff , going again on January 7 th looking forward to it .

The food is terrible. The meet is awful the vegetables look dry and anemic... burnt sausages no pigs on blankets no gravy in pot. Avoid

Went to Stonehouse restaurant for a carvery today. Now I’m not into giving bad reviews normally it’s not in my nature. If we get good service we give good reviews, today we went in about 1.15pm had to wait at the bar to order the carvery along with another guy on the other side of the bar at least 4/5 minutes no staff to be seen anywhere. We finally ordered a carvery then proceeded to get served to find no one around AGAIN the wife and me Stood there On our own for 5 mins before anyone came to serve us. Nice big turkey on the slam with a very tiny piece of ham and tiny piece of ham not much selection at all. The food also seems to cool down far to quickly as another couple on the table opposite actually commented on. Without doubt Stonehouse in my opinion has certainly gone downhill Lord Louis was a far better place to eat.
Without doubt we won’t be eating there again
