Absolutely mint customer service. Spoke with a lady called holly. Great communication, no messing around. I sent a watch in for repair due to my own negligence. It was cost effective and swift return. Even got the Norton leather strap put on my Burton. Love the timepieces here, great cause, quality products , affordable and consistent.

Fantastic watches, own a Campbell and a Fraser. Love them both, although think the Fraser edges it. Norton will be my next purchase.

Not as described about as durable as a snowflake in the rain or the rlc visiting itc
Pretty looking watch but that's all it is mine fell apart just walking around but they are written as durable for ops which is basicially a bad joke like getting sent to colour first day in battalion and asking for a long weight.

So claiming that it had water ingress is just a flat lie because you couldn't produce a watchmakers report and it was only worn in doors, it told the wrong time from the start and constantly out of time, and durability well watch strap pins just fell apart while I was walking around indoors at work. So don't try to blag me you waffler

Got a Stirling bond strap absolute quality and looks great on the watch completely changes the watch and delivery was super quick

This is my first Stirling timepiece (Fraser). I have a somewhat extensive watch collection (lots of micro brands) that I rotate through on a regular basis. Since purchasing this timepiece 6 months ago I have found myself wearing it nearly full-time. It is a phenomenal watch with EXCELLENT luminescence and looks great on my wrist. I did switch out the wristband for an after-market Stirling band (sold on their website) which greatly increased the comfort/fit of the watch. My only complaint is that I wish this was an automatic as I am not a big fan of quartz. That said, this is an EXCELLENT watch that I would definitely purchase again. Great value for the money!

My department had a custom watch commissioned. The special projects team were great to deal with and provided good mock ups.

The watch itself is exactly what we wanted, with excellent attention to detail. You'd be hard pressed to get a similar quality bespoke watch at this price. The price itself was not much more than the base model.

The only thing I would change is getting more regular updates during the build phase, some photos of the watches being built would have been a nice touch
