My wife purchased the Fraser edition for me last Christmas, I haven't taken the watch off since that day, I have put the watch through its paces, not even a scratch on it. One of the spring bars broke the other day, ordered replacement one with Sterling, but I unfortunately measured it wrong, customer services was absolutely brilliant, new set sent out same day. 5* plus

Absolutely delighted with my custom Stirling Burton Blackout watch. From the initial design order stage to finish, the team were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

The quality and attention to detail are outstanding. The blackout finish is flawless, the craftsmanship is superb, and the watch looks even better in person. It feels genuinely bespoke and incredibly well made.

The presentation was also first class, making the whole experience feel premium from beginning to end.

Huge thanks to the Stirling team for creating such a fantastic timepiece. Exceptional service, quality and finish. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I love your watches! I own the Campbell and the Durant. My SWAT team chose the Durant for our team watch. I wear them literally every day and recommend the to all my friends.

Great Watch, now my daily to work

The watch was well packed and looks great and of good quality. Including a tool to change the watch band or using quick release pins would have been helpful.

Worked with the Stirling Timepieces team for some 6 months on a Special Projects watch for my old military unit. I can’t thank the team enough for their fabulous communications, direction, patience and care - between us we came up with a fabulous design on a model which ticks all the boxes to the outlined brief. Looking forward to the feedback when the 92 members start receiving their watches this weekend. I already received mine in person - very happy with the high quality and finish - and the peli-like cases with extra strap are an added bonus!! Many thanks to Karina and Lee especially who made the entire process not only smooth but very enjoyable as well!

We’ll definitely be doing another for an anniversary watch in a couple of years and now will only consider Stirling going forward.

Really pleased with the Sterling Timepieces Upham Steel/Black. It has exactly the quality you’d expect from this highly regarded British watchmaker.
solid construction, a great weight on the wrist and a really stylish, understated design.

The steel and black combination looks superb and the whole watch feels properly put together. Smart enough to dress up but equally good as an everyday watch.

A very well-made timepiece and one I’m genuinely pleased to own.

There was a delay on the watch but I was okay with it since some details was being fixed. I can only appreciate the fine work. I would say, the logo could of been a little bigger. Aside from that. Great watch.

The Stirling Durrant is great, the watch was part of a custom order by my office. The watch is comfortable to wear and being that it was a custom watch for my office means a little more. The engraving on the back of the case is not properly lined up. The top of the engraving is situated at about 8 o’clock. I did contact Stirling to inquire about a fixed and was advised there was not one. I think this speaks as to the quality control aspect, I’m not sure why this watch was approved to leave the factory. I feel like I ended up buying a defected watch. I enjoy wearing it however the first question asked when shown to a coworker who did not buy it, is why is the engraving crooked or not lined up.

I first became aware of the company by reading an article in Aeroplane magazine. I looked at the site and liked what I saw so ordered a Burton Steel watch. I wear it for everyday outdoor use and especially model aircraft flying when I can read the very clear display at a very quick glance, in case I don't hear the transmitter time alarm. Keeps great time and comes within a day or two of ordering and very neatly packaged, spare leather strap too! Great, will buy another, already dropping hints for Christmas.

Excellent watch and is holding up well day to day. Super fast delivery.

Delivery was delayed by a few weeks with no clear indication as to when the watch would actually arrive, until a few days before it did. Would therefore have appreciated better communication prior to the expected delivery date of early June.

Very happy with the look of the watch i.e. face, bezel and strap. Thanks. However:
1. The accuracy is disappointing as it looses 1 minute over approximately 3 days. Currently it’s 3 mins behind after 10 days.
2. The engravings on the caseback, although very nice, are not in line with the strap i.e.at an angle. Often commented on when shown to others.

Can therefore both the accuracy and positioning of the caseback plate be rectified?

From the packaging to the quality of the Stirling Durrant, everything is spot on. Can’t recommend highly enough.

i got this watch for my boyfriend for his birthday, his always told me how much his adored this watch and brand for what they do and support veterans which i thought was more then worthy to buy it’s sentimental. they actually say what they do. bit pricey but you get more then what you pay for it feels. for purpose, and longevity. i adore what this all stands for and to see his face light up when he saw the packaging which was so cool to me as well!! the stickers and extra little bits and bobs you get with it just makes the whole thing feel luxurious. the actual watch itself and the perks/pros of it definitely showcase so far already with how well packaged it all was and how much you have to protect it ( mainly mentioning back to the protective case. really beautiful design again ) this one will definitely be a staple to anyone with a caring heart and soft spot towards the subject and would like to help and do there part. overall can’t say much about wear yet but everything is just beyond what we expected and definitely made him happy and that’s all i could ask for.

I bought the Steel Durrant GMT, it has been an amazing watch. I work on a construction Job Site and it has been put to the test and it has held up great with no scratches. I love the look of the watch. Very clean. It has kept great time.

The watch completely fell off my partners wrist on just daily wear, the hands stopped working. When I sent it back they charged me to fix the watch. Would not offer refund within the 5 months of purchase that it broke. Wouldn’t ever repair for free. This is not a military watch my partner was in the rifles for over 8 years and would never recommend this watch to anyone. Do NOT buy!!

Great job on our custom Durrant order. Impressive build quality, timely production and good communication from our representative throughout the order process. Overall very happy with the durability and appearance. The custom design looks even better on the wrist than expected.

I was part of a group order from back in February or March with a delivery date of the beginning of June. They arrived a month and a half late but I'm not complaining one but. It was well with the wait. It was a custom watch dedicated to my Unit. This year is the 30tg anniversary of the founding of our Unit and this is one hell of a way to celebrate it.
I love this watch and the unit insignias on her face and back of the watch. It captures exactly what the Unit is about. Style with functionality.

A clear website. The watch looks good and comes in a fun case/box.
A very prompt delivery and kept informed about the order/ delivery.
