Scam, Scam!!!! 3 months now and no order, no response to my emails. No instagram page, nothing. Massive regret.

Helaas bestelling gedaan begin juli maar nooit iets aan gekregen. Geld is wel van de rekening. Al heel vaak gemaild en slechts één keer reactie gehad dat ze het pakket nog een keertje zouden sturen. Helaas nog steeds niets ontvangen. Sinds toen geen enkel gehoor meer op de mails.

Bad customer service.

Kann nur von einer Bestellung abraten, keine Ware bekommen, auf keine Mail reagiert, Bestellung widerrufen, es kommt keine Rückmeldung oder Rückerstattung. Bin ich auf eine Fake Seite reingefallen!

Never received my order. Reached out to them numerous times but nothing. They basically stole my money. Common thieves. Beware Sticky Bestie USA!!

J'ai passé une commande le 13 juillet 2026 et à ce jour JE N'AI AUCUNE NOUVELLE. SVP NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR. J'AI ENVOYÉ PLUSIEURS MAILS, AUCUNE RÉPONSE DE LEUR PART CE SONT DES RÉELS ARNAQUEURS. J'AI DEMANDÉ UN REMBOURSEMENT ET TOUJOURS AUCUNE REPONSE... FUYEZ CE SITE FRAUDULEUX ET GARDEZ VOTRE ARGENT!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Sticky Bestie on 22/06/2026 (Order #1009217591) and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My order was never fulfilled and so I asked for it to be cancelled and to be refunded. This was around the end of July.

I contacted customer service on multiple dates in August, the 18th, the 25th as well as interacting with their whatsapp service and provided all necessary details and evidence, but I have not received any further response, outside of an automated email telling me someone would be in touch.

While I appreciate that delays and mistakes can happen, the lack of timely resolution has been frustrating. I am out of pocket and have had a very disappointing experience.

I placed the order below on July 13 and I received a request to provide feedback on my items on July 27th but I had not received them yet. I have messaged twice previously asking for a response and have heard nothing. I wrote to them again today and got an automated response that they received my email but I have never heard anything from them. I have to believe this is a fake company or a front to scam people at this point. Do not buy anything from them.

THE WORST OF THE WORST. DON'T BUY THEY DON'T EVEN PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES.

They have great customer service. They responded to my request immediately and stayed in touch throughout.

Very very poor service!
I live in Europe and saw this posted on instagram and the quality of the product looks amazing .. HOWEVER I still haven’t recieved my order and I ordered on July 2nd and I’m getting no response back from them at all despite all my emails to their help desk email and them stating it will take 24-48 hours response!! And on top of that the delivery window closed August 6th??? Make it make sense. Do not order from here I am sooo disappointed and with no way to contact or get in touch with them!!

It’s almost been 2 months since I placed an order and I’m still waiting patiently for my bags to be delivered!

I have still received no order, no tracking information, no update and no explanation whatsoever.

This is extremely frustrating and upsetting. The item was a birthday gift that I bought for myself for my birthday on 16 July, so I was particularly looking forward to receiving it. Sadly, I have now been waiting well beyond the original delivery date and have been given repeated assurances that have not been fulfilled.

I feel that I have been extremely patient throughout this entire situation, but the lack of communication and the continued delay are simply unacceptable.

Bestilte i maj 2026 - pengene trukket med det samme. Ingen tasker modtaget og ingen respons fra kundeservice når man ønsker pengene retur.

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse og mangler stadigvæk på svar på anmodning om refundering.

First time writing a negative review - but this is just TOO extremely bad not to inform others.

I placed an order at Sticky Bestie on May 24th. Today is August 26th. I haven't even received a shipping notification. Over the months, I've tried to get in touch with their Customer Support. Initially, they responded but just with responses like "looking into your order" etc. Then - they just stopped responding. The payment went through immediately - so by now, it feels like they just stole my money and after this completely ghosted me.

PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on two separate occasions and was never sent the bag order.

I ordered it the first time and it was canceled by the team months later and it was random.. Then I ordered in July 2026, no update on order/even saying items backordered and it’s now the end of August , with no update.

My experience has been totally negative .

Poor customer service.
I did a order end of May, never received it , customer service stop to reply .

Never received any compensation.

I suggest you to best your money somewhere else.

Very disappointing experience

I placed an order with Sticky Bestie on 2 June and paid CHF 71. More than two months later, I have still not received my items.

I contacted the company by email asking for information about my order or, alternatively, a refund. Unfortunately, I have received no response at all.

At this point, I have neither the products I paid for nor my money back. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Sticky Bestie. I would be happy to update this review if the company finally contacts me and resolves the situation.

I was really looking forward to the bright cool bags thatI ordered almost two months ago. I emailed to check the status after a month, all customer service said was they would reach out on 24-48 hours. Never received a response. Emailed two more times to no avail. I’m afraid I’ve been scammed and will never receive my items. Guessing a letter to the Attorney General is in order. Would call, but can’t find a phone number anywhere. My review is BUYERS BEWARE!

I’ve placed my order over 3 months ago and I still have not received it. Their customer service now has even stopped responding to my emails. At first they said they were on back order and now no one is even giving a response. Total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
