The ease of ordering and ease of application
The ease of ordering and the ease of attaching the 'word' to the letter box. The application was easier than I thought it would be...thank you.
Very pleased all round with an excellent result.
Only just had the opportunity to apply the StickerDot Vinyl lettering.

Complete shambles
Both submitted orders paid for. Then canceled by production. Revised order was incorrect (10x larger), we missed the extra 0 in the proof, and then had to pay for the completely unusable order. Took over 1.5 months to finally get a partial refund from the unmade order, still waiting on the revised order. Utter shambles

Hello Joe,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this situation can be and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
The proofing stage is a critical step to ensure accuracy before production, and we rely on clients to carefully review all details before approval. As a goodwill gesture, we have offered to reprint the stickers at the correct size and had it delivered 30th of December.
Regarding the refund, it was processed prior to the long holiday weekend. Delays may have occurred due to the public holiday, and we’re happy to assist if you need help verifying the status.
Our goal is always to deliver high-quality products and avoid wasting our customers’ time or money. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
Sincerely
StickerDot team

Great support team
I was very grateful for your team's help in creating the artwork in PDF format. Thanks to your follow-up afterward, the stickers turned out just as I had hoped.
Earlier this year, I received a faulty item, but they responded exactly as I requested, which I really appreciated.

Do not use this company!
Do not use this company!! My business cards were cut crooked which look terrible!! I had to get them reprinted as was on a tight schedule and was only offered a store credit. I don’t know how a company that offers business cards can cut them 3mm off even, surely in this day and age there is a tool that can produce an accurate business card.

Hello Veronica,
On behalf of StickerDot, we sincerely apologize for the cards you received that did not meet your expectations.
We fully understand the importance of quality in your work, and we regret any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
While the cuts of the cards were within the specified tolerances, we acknowledge that they did not reflect the level of precision we strive to deliver. We recognize that even with advanced machinery, imperfections can still occur, and we take your feedback seriously.
To address this, we are carefully reviewing our production processes and implementing improvements to ensure that the precision and quality of our cutting consistently meet expectations moving forward. Our goal is to prevent similar issues from happening again and to restore your confidence in our products.
Our offer of in-store credit remains available for your use, and we would be happy to assist you further via email should you need any support. We hope to have the chance to serve you again and provide the quality and precision you rightfully expect from StickerDot.
Sincerely,
StickerDot Team
