After a couple of hiccups, the trolley is amazing. The build quality just seems so much better than others and the Follow Mode is really cool.

Having had my x9 for a number of years I arranged a premier service when one of the motors stopped working and dropped it off at the workshop. The next day I got a text to say that it was ready for collection. I got a full breakdown of the works and it is just like having a brand new trolley. Brilliant !
The staff I met were both polite and professional and I felt appreciated for both dropping it off and collecting it. Would recommend for all trolley owners

Parts shipped immediately , easily fitted by me within a couple of hours , trolley like knew . Need to avoid trolley falling over in future as the y stand takes serious pressure and is quite limited in strength near the bend section .

From the 1st communication to collecting my trolley the service has been exemplary. The staff are extremely polite and informative and unlike most companies are prepared to spend that little extra time talking about my trolley and their newer products though never at any time being pushy. Stewart trolleys may not be the cheapest but the service more than makes up for that and I would never consider another brand of trolley.

I bought a golf cart following me X9 back in 2015, and I regret so incredibly.
My worst purchase and experience with a retailer in my life.
1.I got the trolley after waiting months over the time i was supposed to get it.
I had to pay 1000 £ up in front then i ordered it, and the trolley was sent and delivered 5 months after delivery date.
2.Then i finally received the package, I discovered that decoration head cover on the top of the cart is destroyed. A big crack in it !
After two weeks i got the parts, after mailing Stewart golf multiple times.
3. Every time (There have been many parts that have broken on this trolley, from time to time) Stewart Golf customer support is gonna send me some parts for the trolley they mess up big time. And uses excuses like this:
The consignment was not stopped by us, the courier took the decision to return the parcel to us.
4. When Stewart golf is sending some parts for your trolley (even warranty extra parts) to Norway, they send it so you have to pay vat for it. You will get a bill from custom department in Norway every time.
5. They use the parcel firm Postnord so keep all the parts for around two weeks before the package is been delivered at you door, after it arrives to the office of Post Nord Norway in your town. If you call up Post Nord they cant or wont explain why they keep doing this.
6. My trolley broke down after using it for one season ( around 10 golf round at golf courses in Norway) After like 5 different parts fell off it and got replaced.
So they products is not good at all, breaks easily apart then it is used.
7. I contacted Stewart Golf again around 10 times in less than a year, regarding the wagon and sent them pictures and video of what had happened to the wagon. There had been moisture in the electric control box and I was not believed by Stewart golf support when I explained that this happened when I used it on a rainy day. They meant I had used high pressure spills right on the box. After several mail sent and a lot back and forward with them, the case ended that I had to pay half the cost for the new electronics control unit for the carriage.
8. After 5 weeks, they sent the new control box to me. That didnt fit my trolley. it was parts for another golf trolley, also a different model. After I had sent the mail with the model number and the type of trolley I had. Then comes the best with the whole story. They cook together a story that he who had done this had been fired in Stewart golf and did not work there anymore. They should send me a new control box again.
9. Then I get an invoice from the customs office in Norway on the wrong shipment. tewart golf sayd that I had to pay that. They also demanded that I pay for shipping for the failed item and send it back as soon as possible.
10. After 3 new weeks, the parts so fit my golf cart is finally here. Everything in place and testing the wagon, it does not work properly as it should.
11. So now I have a golf cart that does not work to a cost of 25000 Norwegian kroner. With a company that thinks I will pay VAT and shipping costs for their incorrect shipping. They have answered that they will not help me with my trolley before I pay this and send my wagon to them in England. They also say that the warranty time has expired on my golf cart, and that I have to pay all the costs to get this sorted out. So now trust them and send my golf cart to England. Pay for shipping costs and vat expenses + for repair costs and new parts.
12. I still got most of the mails between us. But here is a copy from the last mail i received from Stewart golf support:

Your trolley is out of warranty and you still have some electronics of ours: until these are returned we will not be able to help.
Also, you would be responsible for delivering the trolley to us for servicing and collecting it once we have completed the work.

So take my advice golfers, stay away from this company and for God's sake do not buy any products of them!
They treat their customers completely terrible and have bad products at high prices.
Is anyone able to afford what I can do or how to get my order on my X-9 Folow me golf cart, so send me an email. It's the folow me feature that does not work on it.

I've owned my Stewart VertX trolley for a bit more than 2 years now and in that time have played 200+ rounds. I booked the premier service with collection and delivery included. Stewart's team were very helpful and tended to the faults and returned the trolley in a near new condition. Would certainly recommend doing this and will be doing this in future again. Thank you

Fantastic golf trolley. After 18 holes I am not tired any more and my back does not ache. As its says in the add it's like having your own caddie. Also my handicap has reduced slightly as not being as tied.
I also purchased some winter wheels, golf bag, thermal carry bag and an umbrella holder.
The umbrella holder in my opinion is next to useless with only a piece of elastic to fasten the umbrella plus when your under the umbrella when raining the flex in the trolley handle makes it rock from side to side then the elastic breaks off flys the umbrella!!!!!
One bit of advice I would like to pass on if your like me the odd shot goes in the long grass make sure the remote is in your pocket securely or with the trolley as my remote fell off my belt into the long grass/ bushes and it took longer to find the remote than find my ball.

Fantastic customer, contacted Stewart Golf regarding tyres fault, I was told trolley still in guarantee, was sent a replacement pair of wheels within days, no charge, super efficient company, well done Stewart Golf

I had repairs carried out as a result of an incident my fault . When the trolley was returned , after 4 holes I was pushing as the controller wasn’t directing the trolley and the follow option was all over the place . I returned it and hired a push trolley in it absence . When it was returned, the option has developed an intermittent fault and no satisfactory help to resolve the problem

De afstandbediening van mijn trolleys is kapot. Ik wacht via de reparateur al maanden op vervanging, en dan gaat het over de software en de handset. Je kan wel beweren dat je de beste trolley bouwt. Maar je klantenservice dient ook te functioneren.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Stewart Golf. I purchased the Q-Follow, but the remote stopped working properly in follow mode after few months. I reported this issue to the local partner, and after several back-and-forth discussions (where he promised to contact Stewart on my behalf), he completely stopped responding.
After waiting months, I contacted Stewart Golf directly. At first they assured me they would work with the local partner to resolve the problem, but after more delays they simply told me to contact the same local partner again — even though I had already explained that he had not replied to me for months.
My last communication with Stewart Golf was in April, and since then they have not replied to my emails either.
For a premium product, I expected far better support. Unfortunately, both the product (remote follow function) and the customer service have been very disappointing.

I purchased my Stewart Q Trolley in 2021.
I recently experienced some mechanical damage.
I contacted Stewart Golf, then dropped off the trolley. Within 24hrs my trolley was not only repaired, but upgraded.
I am so delighted with the service and my experience, with Stewart Golf.
