In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf trolley developed specifically for remote control use.

Excellent service and turn round time…

Excellent service and turn round time for spares. BUT BUT BUT. The design of the X7 trolley is flawed and the handle parts should last a lot longer.

Thanks John and the handle parts bear no load: pressing down on the handle is never needed - move left/right to steer and just pull back to raise the front wheels.

5 Star service had my Q follow serviced last week had a couple of things that needed replacing expecting a phone to say you owe xyz and everything replaced free as they were upgrade parts.
Can't imagine many companies doing this now days.
As for the trolley couldn't be without it.

Excellent service from start to finish

Booked in trolley (x3) series dropping it off and within 2 hours my drive lugs were replaced FOC Brilliant even got a video of it working perfectly after the jobs were finished

Remote control service

I send my remove control back for a service because there was a fault.The remote was returned in four days fully repaired. Great service and great product. Thanks

Best product out there with exceptional customer service...you will not be disappointed..repaired my Q series without any quibble and a few other issues at no cost and even paid the shipping both ways.

Replaced chassis without charge

I had a problem where the screws stripped that held the front wheels onto the chassis. I tried fixing it myself since my unit was out of warranty but they kept stripping out. I contacted Stewart and described the problem. I was prepared to pay for a new chassis but they agreed to not only repair it under their warranty program but also paid for shipping both ways. Great customer service.

My X9 Follow handset stopped charging…

My X9 Follow handset stopped charging and I returned it for repair. The battery needed replacing, which was done, and the handset was tested and returned within two days. I received a video of the handset working with another trolley, and I was kept informed by customer service at each stage of the repair process.
I was a little dubious about the process, but it couldn't have been easier. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Stewart follow trolleys bring a new…dimension

Stewart follow trolleys bring a new dimension to a round of golf. Freedom to just enjoy your round and focus on your next shot.
The real plus point is the customer support from Stewart that is second to none. On the rare occasion they are needed they are there. No quibble and any problem swiftly sorted.

Love my Stewart Q trolley and how the company stands behind product when repairs are needed.

I bought Stewart Q Trolley with follow feature Dec 2022 and have loved it as it allows me to walk the golf course saving my back and legs as the round wears on. Recently I encountered a couple issues that needed repair. Working with Stewart Team was great. They were super responsive. The trolley needed to be shipped back for needed repairs to top strap the ripped, top bracket that holds bag in place was compromised and the battery terminals on cart were damaged (likely user error to gently insert the battery). Though the unit was still in the warranty period Stewart covered all shipping expenses in my sending the unit to them and their shipping it back to me which was a nice surprise as the shipping with such a heavy unit had to be considerable. They did all the needed repairs within a week of receipt, tested the unit after the repairs and sent me a video of the unit working properly so I could see it working properly again. All shipping handled by UPS. I had the unit back within two weeks and they could not have been more accommodating. The new top strap they used in repair is superior to the original and I don’t foresee similar issues happening. Overall I am really happy with my Stewart Q trolley and highly recommend the company and their product. Love how they stood behind their product.

Great as always

Responsive, reactive and more importantly, friendly and accommodating. Have used Stewart Golf trolleys for the last 15 years and their customer service is always second to none. Quality products, Quality company!

Q Follow Carbon

Felt compelled to write a review about my new Q follow Carbon. It is an amazing piece of equipment my first round was on a wet muddy day on a course with steep grass inclines & hills. It never once clogged up with mud, got stuck or failed to follow me. It made my round so much easier and stress free in the poor conditions.

Great service throughout the online…

Great service throughout the online transaction, Stewart customer service are prompt and responsive via email, however I still do prefer to speak to people. Most importantly I love my new Q Follow which is very well complimented with the Nero Bag.
