Bought a bed and mattress from the sale, great price, delivery was on time with a call 5 minutes before arrival. I didn't expect it but the guys took the bed to the room amd built it also, very professional.

Our new dining room table and six chairs were delivered on time, and the table was built up in our dining room by the two delivery men who were pleasant and professional throughout their visit.
Excellent service andd we were delighted with the quality of the furniture and the Black Friday price deal we agreed in the store.

Excellent range of furniture
Excellent range of furniture, staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Purchase process was efficient and the delivery team were excellent. We had one small issue post delivery with insurance however one phone and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The experience in shop was great
The experience in shop was great. It was well laid out, it was easy to tell the different options and work out the cost.
We had to wait 21 weeks on the suite arriving. We planned this in with redecorating and getting our new carpets fitted. When I got the call to say the suite was ready a week earlier than expected, I couldn’t confirm the date as I was waiting on the carpet getting fitted, in the shop I was told it would be ok and they’d keep it an extra few weeks if I wasn’t 100% ready. On the phone I asked for delivery the following week, I was told this was only possible if I paid an extra weeks storage. I thought this was pretty ridiculous since I’d waited all that time, and since I was told instore it won’t be an issue. This part let the experience down.

Mismatched bench legs.
Very happy with sofa and table but bench had a chrome leg and a dark painted leg! Waiting on replacement. Next year now!

Helpful staff. Lovely store. Excellent cafe with a really good menu and nice coffee. Ordered my sofas for Christmas and they’ve come nice and early. Very pleased with them. A free gift voucher too for being an early bird customer. Delivery service great too.
