Why wasn’t I told that there would be a delay in collecting my already paid for in full Lamp Table?
I have spent a considerable amount of money in the last year and a half with your company and I don’t appreciate not being kept updated.

Bought 2 sofas the same but came different comfort level different the whole look of the sofa is different NOT HAPPY .if this is how they came recliner vs fixed this should be explained at time of purchase will never be back at sterling to purchase anything and would not recommend to friends and family you have lost a loyal customer

The comfort level between recliner and fixed seats feels different as recliners are designed with additional mechanisms to allow movement and some variation in feel is unfortunately unavoidable.
That said, we’re genuinely sorry that this hasn’t met your expectations and that it’s affected your confidence in us. We hope that you adjust to this difference over time although comfort is a personal thing.
