Got a couple t shirts and they fit just right. Not too tight not too loose. Pretty solid for daily wear.

Had to exchange for a different size but customer support handled it quick.

The t shirts feel really easy to wear. Not tight, not baggy, just balanced. I’ve washed them a couple times and they still hold shape. That’s always a good sign.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still no dress and apparently they have tried to deliver in the last couple of days- I was here all the time so quite clearly they didn't. I have asked for a refund but silence from them. I would advise to keep away. I would have given them zero stars if I could

Ordered a bag and yeah it’s practical. Nothing crazy but fits everything I need daily.

Jeans are decent quality, not too heavy. I’ve been wearing them regularly without issues.

The polo looks clean and simple. Works for both casual and slightly dressed up days.

Bought a few t shirts and they’ve become my everyday go to. Soft, simple, just works. nothing fancy but that’s the point.

Ordered a full set and yeah it’s just easy. Don’t have to think much in the morning anymore.

Got a couple dresses and they feel really nice on the body. Not stiff at all. Wore one out and got compliments which I didn’t expect.

Wish that I had read reviews , but the ad looked so proper .they also trade under several different names ,if you see a site with very attractive collection of shoes and clothing its usually these chinese based scammers ,
Please check before buying , the webs still advertise them because of the money that they make so its time to try and sort out the best webs to use until some protection is ignited to assist the overall population

I ordered a long sleeved polo shirt £34.95 costing on 25/04/26 which arrived on 12/05/2026. The product was clearly poor quality and the colour was not as described. I contacted the company requesting a return and refund and copy their reply below

just for interest I have asked for the return address and said that I would pay for shipping and any VERIFIED customs charges in order to get a refund. No reply so far.
With the benefit of hindsight this is obviously a scam with low quality/cost product and trading on a reputable sounding name.
I should have checked with Trustpilot first.

This is a Chinese rip-off. Sterling of London is actually Guang ZHOUSHfeng. Imagine the worst Chinese rip off and then double it. That's what you get. I ordered a pair of grey trousers which should have been cotton linen. I received a pair of beige trousers in 100% polyester that a clown would be embarrassed to wear.
I've learnt that when you see a label no matter what it says, check Trustpilot first.

Here’s my experience:
I ordered 3 tops that look nice and decent: blue, red and burgundy / similar colour.
When I reviewed the order being processed, I realised that one of the tops was a horrible gray colour?!
I absolutely HATE - LOATHE gray, I NEVER EVER wear it, so I queried it.
They said that I had ordered the gray top, which obviously was a lie. They obviously did not have my colour in stock and they sent me that awful colour.
They did say that they would be happy to send me an alternative colour, provided I sent the wrong one back?!
Can you imagine?! I already waited for 3 weeks to receive the order, then I was supposed to send it back to CHINA and wait for another month to have it replaced??
Any decent reliable company would have sent me a refund as it was THEIR ERROR!!
In addition, all 3 tops are of substandard quality, and the horrible gray top is all crumpled.
Note also the information on the internet; the LEGITIMATE Sterling company is from South Africa! This stuff was from China - I wished I realised that earlier!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality is abysmal and returning the goods (to CHINA!!) will cost as much as the goods cost in the first place.

This is a SCAM

I bought 2 shirts for over £60, thinking Sterling London was a British company, but when the items had not arrived for more than a week I began to doubt this.
They did eventually arrive and I was shocked at the poor quality. Horrid nylon type material, colours nothing like in the ad and stitching very poor. The collar on one of them was quite crooked.
I contacted sterling and told them I wanted to return the goods but they told me I would have to return them to China at my expense. They threatened me with the high cost of returning and told me I would be better off accepting a partial refund or exchanging for other goods. After several emails backwards and forwards I realised that I was getting nowhere so I settled for a 20% refund. I think the authorities in the UK should stop this company from operating in the UK.
I was stupid to buy from Sterling London and I hope this alerts others to what is a complete scam. They sold me dud goods and refused to refund me. This should not be possible.

I ordered a shirt for my son on 30th April. He liked the [fake] screenshot so much, I ordered him two more. My son sent me a message on WhatsApp to warn me that the site was a scam, the TrustPilot reviews were fake, and that the company was based in China not London.
My son sent me pictures of his 'shirt' on arrival, and convinced me of its unsatisfactory quality. The shirt was not as described or pictured on the website.
I purchased the shirts from Sterling in good faith, believing them to be London based company, having a 4.5 TrustPilot Review, provide free money-back guarantee, and shipping with Royal Mail. The Returns Policy was nonsense, and it would cost almost the same amount again to return them to China, with no guarantee of a refund. The Company told me that it would cost up to £30.00 to return each item, plus taxes, which amounted to more than my initial outlay.
The Company offered me £19.57, in two payments, as compensation. I am therefore still owed £78.29.
I have since discovered 4 similar stores with identical stock, the same fake reviews and London addresses.
I have plenty of evidence. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

At top of front page it has a a logo saying " Sterling - London est 1994
"Sterling was founded in the heart of London in 1994. Today it is a globally recognized clothing brand known for its timeless design and exceptional quality"

I bought 4mens shirts based on the photos which looked good quality cotton shirts- later i found out that the photos had been copied from Sterling1958.com a legitimate uk company.
The clothes came from china and were made from polyester packed in individual plastic bags and severely creased, shiny type finish rather than the brushed cotton appearance of the photos and the colours were also not those on the site.
My suspicions were raised when i received an email "on behalf of Brooks & Walker" relating to the tracking of my Sterling order. I then found a site Brooks-Walker.com which if you click on takes you to Sterling-clothing.com under that name very similar in design and the another site in the USA called WalkerandBrooks.com - apparently in Dallas founded by 2 sisters (ALL FAKE)- all similar in style purporting to be quality clothing company - but with a "contact us" email address - harperandellis-austin.com which is also another fake site( see reviews for that business - it's another chinese scammer outfit)
