Consistently spams Facebook groups I manage which are completely irrelevant to the cheap rubbish they sell.

I have declined 6 posts in a finance group alone from this company because it's irrelevant spam but they aren't getting the message. If they have no consideration for those whose platforms and audiences they want to abuse, imagine the consideration they'd have for their own customers.

*Update: the business reached out via email to express their concerns, I asked them "is this your business" and sent them a screenshot of the Facebook profile leaving the posts. They accepted it is their business, but affirmed that they do not advertise on Facebook. I went ahead and forwarded to them a screenshot of multiple pending posts in my Facebook group posted within days of each other even after my original review was published!

Shipping date was later than had been indicated when product ordered. When I received an Amazon tracking number showing the later than expected date with a link to contact Amazon, they couldn't access the order and told me I would have to contact Stepup baby directly. There is no contact phone number. So I sent an email indicating the delivery address MUST be changed because the recipient will no longer be at the address since the delivery date was changed. I have not received a response to the email. The order is not set to arrive at the wrong address until 1/3 and I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! A phone number to contact or a better relationship with Amazon is critical to the survival of this company.

Straightforward to assemble. Looks good and does the job well and safely.

.Sturdy , but still able to move easily around the kitchen as needed.
The adjustable height/ platform make it suitable for my granddaughter as she grows up.

We really love this tower! It was easy to put together, and we found it one of the more attractive towers. Toddler figured it out quickly. It fits perfectly under the overhang of our island when not in use. It also arrived incredibly quickly - like faster than Amazon. I will be buying a few non-slip stickers for the tower just to minimize the chance of our toddler slipping.

Delivery was super quick. It arrived the day after I ordered.

Easy to put together! My husband and I had no trouble assembling it, and I love the fresh white finish on the wood. Our granddaughter climbs in there easily and is able to wash hands and help prepare in the kitchen… Such fun!
