What makes my business different is that I've been on both sides of the table. Before becoming a marketing consultant, I spent years building and running my own award-winning retail business. I know what it's like to juggle customers, cash flow, stock, suppliers and never-ending to-do lists. I understand the realities of running a small business because I've lived them. That means you'll never get marketing advice that's full of jargon, unrealistic expectations or the latest social media fad. Instead, you'll get honest, commercially focused advice that works in the real world. Clients often tell me I'm the person who makes marketing finally make sense. I take complicated ideas and turn them into clear, practical actions that fit your business, your budget and your capacity. I don't believe marketing is about chasing algorithms or posting for the sake of it. I work as an extension of your business rather than an outside agency, offering senior-level marketing support without the agency overheads. Steph is amazing at what she does. She knew what I needed before I did! She has designed my website and has been helping me promote and grow my business for over a year now. Exceeds expectations

Working with Steph is a real breath of fresh air! Steph is doing a brilliant job for my business, providing ideas, content & strategy.
