STEL Hosting LLC Recenzje

Quality hosting and service, seem cool people too

I'd like to express my appreciation for the owner's friendly demeanor and helpful nature. When I encountered difficulties connecting to the server, we worked together to troubleshoot the issue. Initially, we thought it was a simple problem, but it turned out to be more complex -the school's Wi-Fi had a firewall preventing access. We tested this theory by connecting to my mobile hotspot, which, although not ideal, confirmed the issue. I had to use a VPN to bypass it.

We spent around 2-3 hours trying to solve the problem, and the owner dedicated his free time to help me, for which I'm grateful. Many people would have given up quickly, but he persisted until we found a solution. Similarly, when I faced compatibility issues with my mods and the server version, he shared a solution from Reddit, which took some time but ultimately worked.

Despite not being able to play the game or access the server until now, his commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. His dedication to helping customers sets him apart, and I would rate his customer support highly if I could. I appreciate doing business with people like him, and his loyalty to customers ensures my continued support for his server. I wish him the best for his company's future success. In short, I trust him, and I recommend trying out his server.

Their servers run amazingly and probably have some of the best performance out of the many server hosters I've tried. The owner Dean is very good at providing helpful and quick support wherever possible.

I reached out on their discord with numerous questions and received immediate response from Dean, the managing director.

I am continuously impressed by Stel Hosting, the support is INCREDIBLE! The people are super nice and helpful, and they go the extra mile! They are dedicated to their clients, reply quickly, and do everything they can to help their clients with everything from common questions to help setting up your server! And not only are they great and helpful people, but their prices are a lot more affordable than other hosting sites! But without losing any quality or features! You can get great quality for a great price!

I can't say enough good things about Stel!

Dean from the discord support was awesome in getting the server setup and answering my questions while i was getting lost with using sftp to update my Modpack.
So far server has run amazingly well

After switching from another popular host, the support from these guys has been second to non. They have swift response times to issues, and will gladly help you out when needed. There infrastructure and hardware are 100x better than other reputable hosting providers offering a smooth gameplay experience no matter your location,.

Customer experience is amazing, strong servers are always up, and support is wonderful.

Very helpful owner, join the discord for help

The quality of Stel's service is far and above the best I have ever experienced, way better than our experience with other hosts. The server runs like a dream with 10+ players on and a hefty modpack, and their support helped us get everything running perfectly. I can't recommend Stel enough when it comes to MC servers.

I set up a minecraft server and the performance, ease of setup, and capabilities are all outstanding. Connections have low lag in milliseconds. I am very pleased.

Solid service. Reliable and competitive pricing. Only issue was that they have limited server spacing so when my needs expanded I had to look elsewhere.
