I ordered ribeye steak and beef fillet

I ordered ribeye steak and beef fillet. The meat delivered was very prefect quality and the knife which was a gift from Steak King was also amazing. It was such fun to cut the loaf of meat with a very sharp edged knife. Will order again.

Good sales price

Good sales price and quality and delivery service. But better to lower the free delivery amount to $500

Everything is good

Quality is good even Wagyu M3,4 is perfect, my son is not a meat lover but he likes it very much, for me, I would like Wagyu M9+ T-bone, yummy yummy. Price is reasonable, some products are cheaper than you buy in Australia 😉 . Everything is good, service, delivery, products, good 👍

Have been ordering for a couple years now - their steaks are great and they always have the best prices in Hong Kong and by far the best customer support and user experience. Ordering and delivery is so quick and easy - Sanwal and the support team are the best and make every order exactly how you ask!

Misleading photos! Completely different from what I received

Extremely disappointed with the purchase of the so called 'steak box'. The steaks I received is normal packed ones instead of the premium pack shown in the product images online. The photos on the website are highly misleading.

In last 2 years, this is the third time I order 'steak box'. First time I receive exactly the one shown in product image, and the quality is pretty good. Second time is normal pack and quality is average. So when I order this time, I wrote an email to remind them and got a reply which ensure me I will receive the one shown in product image. But turns out it is not.
