There is no way to renew a policy
It is hard to rate an insurance company as the real test comes when you need to claim (which I haven't).
I feel the insurance is easy to buy online and offers lots of flexible options.
It would be nice if expiring policies could be extended instead of having to configure and buy a new policy (with new policy number) every year. I have been a customer for many years and this is an annual frustration.

Very helpful. I bought a policy on line and made a mistake. I phoned the following day and explained my problem. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently.
