I had a very disappointing experience working with Keshav and his team.

Our company was incorporated in December, and the process took several weeks longer than expected. Even after the incorporation was completed, the registered address in the company documents was incorrect. Despite this error, there was little urgency in resolving the issue.

When it came to GST registration, the application was filed incorrectly, resulting in a rejection after nearly 30 days. We then had to spend another month correcting the mistakes and reapplying. This caused unnecessary delays to our business operations.

We had also specifically instructed Keshav regarding the structure of the shareholders and directors, but the filing was not completed as per our requirements, creating additional complications that could have been avoided with proper attention to detail.

Communication was another major issue. Calls and follow-ups often went unanswered, making it difficult to get updates or resolve problems. Most disappointing was the response when we later requested assistance in correcting the company address in the incorporation documents. Keshav stated that since we had chosen to move forward with another firm, he would not help with the correction, even though the issue originated during his engagement.

Overall, my experience was marked by repeated filing errors, delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Keshav and his team. The quality of service was so poor that it raises serious concerns about whether the firm is equipped to handle company incorporation and compliance services effectively.
Please stop working as a firm. You are just some frauds.

They are very unresponsive. They don't deliver as promised, they will just ghost you once they take money from you. I registered my company B2B WIZARDS via them and they are pain to deal with. Would've given 0 stars if there was an option. I'll ask all my employees to rate them one star.

This email serves as a formal complaint regarding the incomplete MCA Statutory compliance services provided by Starteazy Consulting or Eziso Private Limited (hereafter referred to as "Starteazy") for Innovation Space and Analysis Private Limited (hereafter referred to as "Innovation Space").

Background:

- Innovation Space engaged Starteazy's services in 2022 for Statutory compliance for the financial year 2022-23.
- Despite repeated attempts at communication, Starteazy has failed to complete the compliance process to date.
- This has resulted in potential penalties of approximately ₹30,000-₹35,000, which Starteazy has indicated will be our sole responsibility.

Communication Issues:

- Starteazy representatives, including Mr. Kartik Chabbara and Mr. Keshav Agarwal, have been unresponsive to phone calls and messages despite documented attempts to reach them.
- While there may have been initial delays on Innovation Space's part, all necessary information was provided via email by March 16, 2024.
- Starteazy now claims this information was sent to an incorrect address, despite subsequent email communication on the same thread requesting bank statements.

Financial Concerns:

- Innovation Space is willing to take responsibility for any penalties incurred up to March 16, 2024, which we estimate to be around ₹7,000.
- The significant increase in penalties after this date is directly attributable to Starteazy's failure to fulfill their contractual obligations.
- Additionally, Innovation Space paid government fees of ₹4,800, which should not be included in the penalty amount.

Service Shortcomings:

- Despite having purchased Starteazy's premium package encompassing PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, TDS, GST filing, and bookkeeping, only a limited scope of services (GST filing and bookkeeping) was provided, and even those remained incomplete by March 31, 2024.
- Repeated requests to speak with the assigned CA/auditor have been ignored, further hindering communication and transparency.

Desired Resolution:

- We request Starteazy to immediately complete the outstanding compliance tasks for the 2022-23 financial year.
- We seek a clear explanation for the service shortfalls and a revised invoice reflecting only the agreed-upon services and excluding any penalties arising from Starteazy's negligence.

Next Steps:

- In the absence of a satisfactory response, we will be forced to pursue legal action, including filing a case in consumer court.
- We reserve the right to share a copy of the official complaint with relevant authorities.
- We urge you to address this matter with the utmost urgency. We are open to discussing a mutually agreeable resolution to this situation.

Starteazy consulting is Fraud company. They will take your money online and then do nothing. When you follow up, their phone number’s are switched off. Don’t pay any money and look for some professionals.

Best in class service, i was waiting for company registration from other service providers since two months. Starteazy team guided me and helped to sort my queries and got a company registered very easily with them.
