I am from the UK and paid this firm £500 in July 2025 upfront to carry out work that they claimed would be done within 30 working days. In March 2026 and they didn't answer or return my calls most of the time. When I did get to speak to them, they kept making up excuses for the delay. I have no way to get my money back. Stay away

After I posted a bad review, they got back to me in March 2026 and said that they would refund half of the money. Its not September 2026 and they haven't answered any of my calls or responded to my messages.

It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when you’re dealing with a firm that claims to be the best. Two weeks is a long time to wait for a simple follow-up about my case and that lack of communication can definitely make an already stressful situation feel worse.
I was told I would receive a return call, but I haven't heard anything back. Given your firm's high ranking, I expected a higher standard of client intake. If you are unable to assist with my case, please let me know immediately so I can find another one.
It's really disappointing especially when you approach it from abroad.

I had already posted a review about this company. After that, a lady from their office called me multiple times and asked me to remove the review in exchange for reimbursement of my money. I clearly told her that I would not delete the review until my money was refunded.

She then said that the lawyer handling my case wanted to speak with me. When I spoke to him, instead of resolving the issue, he started threatening me. I am attaching my email as proof so readers can see the tone and language he used.

To date, I have still not received my money back.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before dealing with this law firm. My experience has been extremely unprofessional and distressing.

Hello Mr. Rajesh Sharma,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email as a formal record and reminder of our telephone conversation on December 19, 2025, at 9:51 AM EST, during which you identified yourself as the Managing Partner of RK Legal Advisors.

During this call, the manner in which you spoke to me, including verbal harassment and threats, was completely unacceptable. You stated that you have connections in Canada and that, through those connections, you could cause me serious harm or put me into legal trouble. You also mentioned that you could create difficulties for me if I ever attempt to return to India by using your legal influence.

These statements caused me significant mental stress and concern. I take such remarks very seriously. Any form of intimidation, threat, or attempt to cause harm—whether physical, mental, emotional, or legal—is unacceptable. If any harm or adverse situation arises involving me, I will consider you fully responsible and liable under applicable laws in Canada or any other jurisdiction.

Additionally, despite my repeated requests, you and your company have failed to fulfill the obligations of the agreement. As a result, I formally request the immediate return of my money without any further delay, excuses, or justification.

Please treat this matter with urgency and seriousness. I expect a prompt resolution.

I don't recommend this firm if you are outside of India.

They accepted my payment to represent me in a NRI real estate matter in October 2024. No movement was made, so on March 3, 2025, I requested a termination of our relationship and a refund of the money I paid them. ***They responded immediately saying that everything has been completed and we will get the relevant documents the following week.*** I did not hear back from them, so I persistently wrote them asking about next steps. On March 18, 2025, feeling like I have been scammed since October, I again requested a refund since it appeared that nothing had actually been done. They immediately agreed to provide a refund. They made assurances that a refund was being prepared and that they just needed time to find an appropriate way to send me the money. On April 25, 2025, I wrote the firm again, inquiring about the refund. That’s when the messages got nasty and they said “our office does not get enriched by your $1000, maybe you do. “ When I suggested that I would report this unprofessionalism to the Bar Council, they issued the following threat “ Be assured that there will be consequences.”

All of the positive reviews here are shocking to me, as many of them claim that they received constant communications from the firm. This was not my experience. I am not sure why my matter was neglected like this – I would have been able to move on sooner with another firm of I had known that RK Legal would just string me along for close to 7 months.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Beware. They charged me 1.5 lakhs and their service is nothing close to what was promised. Attorney gives me different information all the time. It’s. A clear waste of money. I scheduled a call with this firm and they did not attend and made the excuse I had not provided enough detail. To give them the benefit of doubt, I scheduled a second call the next day after several messages to confirm. the call was scheduled at 10.30am UK time agreed in writing by them. They did not attend and when I chased them said the solicitor was running 10 mins late. As of 11.25am I am still waiting to connect. Do NOT trust this firm their customer service dreadful and a complete waste of money and time.
I believe alot of the reviews on trust Pilot about them are false! I have checked them out.

Having received the reply from RK Legal Advisors, I can confirm that twice they offered a 30 min free consultation and twice they did not attend the promised consultation. Regarding their response below, this has made me confident that the new solicitor in the UK that I have chosen is the right choice for me.
