The course offered many valuable lessons and insights into actual cases and how you should address them to create value for your business and your customers.
Johan and Lincoln possess excellent subject matter knowledge and communication skills. This results in more value and credibility for the person taking the course. It's intense but easy to follow if you take the time to be active throughout the course.
For me, the course offered many valuable perspectives, guides, segmentations and new ways of working in the area as a CSM.
On the whole, I would grade the course 5/5. I would recommend that all CSMs complete this course prior to going into this area.

Great content delivered in well paced sessions
Great content delivered in well-paced, easy-to-digest segments over the course of 5 weeks. It really opened my eyes to what is possible in Customer Success and how to give my clients this experience.
The whole team was very quick to respond to content questions, giving great feedback when needed.
The reason I did not give 5 stars is as follows: In week 1 we were to select a client scenario that we were to use in the break-out sessions in all 5 weeks. This really didn't work for me (nor for the attendees in my breakouts). I would have preferred to have been given a scenario and worked through that. Still, very useful class and my clients will benefit.
