I liked the trainings, especially the fact to exchange your experiences with other CSMs/leads in different industries. I sometimes found the programme was a bit too rushed....there was not enough time to talk to the others, I would suggest to make more time for that, even have a session just to talk to each other, not always with a specific task or homework in mind. Otherwise it was very well structured and I like the way Lincoln send us Videos to watch, it makes the program very flexible for people who cannot always attend the sessions. Thank you!

Nothing but a positive experience from Lincoln and Johan. Well-structured content, indeed a bit generic but both trainers literally dive deeper into each individual situation/question asked by each student. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great course albeit a bit too theoretical
I liked how the course was structured and organized, it was really well done and full of useful information and I liked all the hosts and staff or Impact Academy, everyone is very friendly. I dont give 5 stars because I missed some practical examples in the presentations. It was a bit too theoretical and I would have hoped for more actual examples of real life situations, perhaps situations that Lincoln experienced himself and how he managed them, the things he said. Due to the theoretical nature it is a bit tough for me to actually implement all the things we learned in my work, although im always trying to consider at least a couple of the things that were presented.
Presentations well structured, but too 'generic' information
The presentations were definitely well structured, I enjoyed listening to the guest speaker as well. But for some reason, I felt that the information is very 'generic'. Thankfully the company I worked for, covered the cost. Otherwise, I don't think it was worth the money spent on the course, to be honest. Either a bigger value was missing, or the price should have been changed. I am not entirely sure whether the diploma received is 'well recognized/ familiar' in the market, thus the question of pricing still remains.

Successful CSM education
The program was really good with workshops where I could gather experience from others and share my success/obstacles, as well as good lectures and content regarding how I could evolve my CSM skills.

Pleasant and informative experience, would participate again.
Highlights:
- Steve Martin, Niclas Ramon Staberg, and Mia Nordborg keynotes were very interesting and insightful
- having a proper lunch sitting at a table really encouraged networking
- I liked how keynotes were focused in the mornings and workshops in the afternoon
Areas for improvement:
- Diversity: 15 men VS 6 women from what I can gather in the website for the event, the split should be more equal. also, I would like to see CS professionals from diverse ethnic backgrounds invited to speak - it's practically only white people in this event.
- not enough Q&A time, especially in the workshops where presentations should be reduced to a minimum (or not exist at all)
- I like the format of the panel, next year in the agenda I would like to see either more time allocated for one panel, or two panels on different topics
- create opportunities for intentional networking
- the first session by Lincoln Murphy called "impactful customer success" was really about his career and not so interesting
- I did not find Gustaf Wibom's keynote relevant or useful

The course was well structured and provided many insights on becoming a good Head of CS. The only recommendation for improvements would be to group people by seniority and by the size of the company.
Great program, Great content
I loved the content and learned a lot, I need to go back and work through it again. At times I felt a little rushed, but I know we were on the clock. In some of the break-out sessions, there seemed to be confusion as to the task at hand for those sessions. This program helped me realize that this CS function is still a building, and learning function and globally CS leaders are still building and learning as they shape their CS division. I need to prioritize the basic foundation principles first and then build from there.
Great for new Customer Success Professionals
I am new to Customer Success and this course was super helpful for me to organise my thoughts and to feel more prepared for customer calls and their entire experience with me as their CS. I feel more confident in my work now — in just 4 weeks, I got to test out so many parts of the theory presented in this course, like how to better ask questions and set up goals with customers. I also know where I can focus my energy to improve and deliver a better experience for customers and, ultimately, how to have more control over how successful our customers are.
